“I have been to blackfords for 3 orders now for vinyl printed clothing and they are excellent. They were very helpful in corresponding about designs. My last order was for 10 t-shirts with a design I had made myself, they have to redraw everything so that the design is in the correct format for printing and they did an impeccable job. Overall the quality of their products are great and affordable with good customer service.”

“Can't fault the service from Direct2Mum. When I was initially looking for a pram back in 2021 I'd visited a number of different pram shops including some of your big named stores. In those stores I felt staff were pushy and merely wanted a sale, losing interest if you didn't sound like you'd be buying one within 20 minutes. It couldn't have been more different shopping at Direct2Mum, so much so that we were there for a total of 2 hours (I'm very thorough) in the shop - that's how comfortable we felt! Staff were so friendly and helpful when asked, but also leaving us to play around with prams so we could get a good feel without being pressured. I fell in love with a pram and staff went above and beyond to try and source the color and style I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. I've been back in recently with a problem with my pram and they have again gone above and beyond to help me. My little girl is now 7 months and due for a new car seat - I will most certainly be back to visit Direct2Mum. Thank you for all your help and excellent service!”

“Lovely little place to visit with shops, a garden nursery and shop, a dog shop and groomers, opticians, massage therapist, jewellers and bistro. We had a meal in the bistro and the food was delicious with generous portions. There is a petting zoo area where you can feed the goats with a donation for a pot of food.”

The inside shop is fantastic too, we particularly love the indoor plant section. Once you’ve finished here they take a relaxing stroll over the road to Cannon hall. Highly recommend”

“I don't normally post reviews, but I think we should all be making an effort to let people know when we have had fantastic service (as let's be honest it's a rarity these days). I called into Deichmann in Barnsley after work today, purchased 2 pairs of boots and the staff member who helped me was great (I don't know his name but he was tall with dark hair). He was happy to get a shoe box down for me which I was struggling with and waterproofed my shoes for me at the till point. He was polite and chatty and explained things well and asked if I needed a bag. He also ran round the counter to hand the bag to me. I should say as well I felt very safe in store, room to social distance, hand sanitizer provided and it was explained that if you are wearing socks you are welcome to try shoes on. I left feeling very pleased with my experience and would definitely call in again. Well done Deichmann! 5 star service! :)”

Ellie had already processed the initial inspection slip after my first visit and then had to update it following my return visit with my original receipt.
