    A staff member I believed named Charlotte, is really loud, I heard her say things like “I wish these customers would leave” around an hour before the shop closes. She was talking bad about co-workers too when customers were around. As I was walking around I can see the staff doing their jobs but she was complaining and saying they aren’t doing anything.

    Went in to use cafe, stood for a few mins deciding what to have, went to counter to be told they were not doing jackets as she was on her own, no wonder it was empty, if it can't cope then close it

    The sausage sandwich was not nice at all and it was way too expensive for what it is and I don’t know why it’s so expensive should be ashamed the red sauce was revaulting and tasted like it had been there for ages not happy

    This Matalan store is big, spacious and very welcoming. It feels like a nice, calm shopping trip. There have been several occasions where there are not a lot of choice in sizes available, especially for mens clothes. Since the addition of the self-serve tills, the queues are so much better. Previously, you could be queuing for an age, but now, you can use the self-service tills and complete your trip a lot faster and more conveniently.

    Love the clothing range and value for money. However I visited the store this morning, and found the ladies toilets absolutely disgraceful. I spoke to a store assistant who said they had been cleaned 2 hours previously.will not be using them again.

    I have been to Matalan back in 2011 where I got a nice dress from Matalan and I loved this store because the whole family will love this shop at Matalan in Cortonwood.

    I visited this store today and bought some really lovely baby clothes. But unfortunately i didn't feel well and fainted near the tills and not one staff member came to see if I was alright and if I needed a first aider.

    Great shop with a wide range that is often updated. Found some great sale bargains. We visited the cafe (06.08.21) and it will be the first and last visit. Very little on the menu available and the children’s box was very poor offering only half a sandwich a biscuit and an apple which we didn’t want but was told there was nothing else! Customer service was poor and we were really disappointed. Oh and expensive too.
