    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a dress in April and was sent a Coat!!!!! I know mistakes can happen and at the time, I didn't have a problem with it. I contacted Portare and was assured the dress would be sent out and that I could keep the coat. After numerous calls and I mean LOADS, messages through Messenger and even writing the the Manager, I am still waiting for the dress I paid for and didn't receive. Despite numerous replies to my messages (which I have kept a log off) the reply is always, "I will get someone to call you" and to date, nearly 3 months later I am still waiting. Absolutely disgusted with the Customer Service and the excuse is always "we are working from home". I work in the NHS and it's a good job that isn't our reply to patients.

    Be very very careful when ordering from this company I placed an order on 20th April and only yesterday 8th June did I get a refund as my top never arrived. I have emailed and called every day and be fobbed off with the parcel is in the post - never arrived - another parcel had been sent out - never arrived - even gave me a tracking number - all lies - I eventually got a refund Will NEVER ORDER AGAIN from this company - such a shame as they have nice goods - what has happened to me has happened to many people - look on TRUST PILOT - felt very let down! BE WARNED - BE CAREFUL

    Not good. Ordered goods. Missing items and they have promised 4 times to send missing items months later, many messages and still nothing. Having to look at legal options now. Appalling service feels scammy. Now website has disappeared. Looks like this has happened before if you check companies house records. Avoid if you can.

    Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered in November, no goods received. I tried to reach resolution with them twice, giving grace. They threw that in my face. They've cancelled my refund once via PayPal already. Trading standards informed, escalating complaints with PayPal. At any time this is bad enough, but during a pandemic it's abysmal. I am recovering from covid currently and this has been unnecessary stress.

    Nice clothes, but they don't respond when items aren't delivered. I've tried for 28 days to get a decent response from Portare. No replacement and no refund offered. I would recommend potential customers steer clear unless they want to lose their money...

    I risked an order with them after having a terrible customer experience a few years ago (took payment when they knew there was a supply problem with garment). Happy to say that most recent order was spot on. Delivered within 48hrs.
