Used to always shop here but go elsewhere for the big shop now. Amount of times you are stood in the que for 20-30 minutes. They put the self serve checkouts back in (which didnt work last time) which is all good if youre just getting a few bits. But you cant put a weekly shop through them. No baggage space, card only, half of items dont work or weigh when you put them down at other side so wait for 1 member of staff who is looking after 6 self serve tills to fix it... absolutely appaling. The staff are always kind and helpful but you can see they are stressed out. They cant call any more staff to checkouts because theres no one else in the building its disgusting. Look after your customers and look after your staff!
