   Please please please do not put yourself under any stress using this business. Talk to people - unfortunately word of mouth is all bad about this place, the reviews look good so I went ahead and used them however caused a lot of stress, customer service and staff seem very helpful and friendly when you visit the showroom - all is well and good. However - if your pram arrives when you expect it it’s a bonus. Our baby was here before the pram. We ordered it giving middle July for our date (baby expected august). When we then gave them an update our baby may have to come June we rang to say can we have the pram for July. Anyway baby arrived august and no pram, the staff constantly blame the companies they order from and give same excuses to everyone - three friends all due between July -September all got babies before the prams with same excuses off the shop. . . We thought we were supporting a local business but unfortunately they don’t support pregnant women who are panicking about their pram not being here. I spoke to them told them Facebook groups don’t recommend using them (I looked after purchasing pram and issues started) but they didn’t seem to care. (The other ladies should be leaving reviews as we think it’s important people know to have a back up pram)

   What a great store and friendly, very helpful staff. Highly recommended :-) Me and my partner went in as novices in June 2023 looking to buy our pram/travel system. We were anxious & didn’t know what we were looking for or what we were doing or where to start. Holly was just so helpful & put us at ease straight away. She was so lovely & knowledgable about all the products. It was a great experience coming into store as nobody could do enough for us, giving us information about the items and showing us how to fold them/put them into the car (which we did various times!). I would highly recommend Direct2Mum for a great shopping experience. Thank you so much!

   Visited today feeling a little overwhelmed and not really sure what the hell I was looking for. The customer service was outstanding. You were left to your own devices to explore the prams on offer, however there was always someone there to ask for advice or help. Spent 2 hours in here taking down prams and trying out different settings. The lady we spoke with had so much patience and we never at any point felt pressured into buying anything. She seemed genuinely just interested in giving us honest reviews and helping us. Will definitely be back to order our dream pram. Great experience and thanks for all the helpful advice

   Can't fault the service from Direct2Mum. When I was initially looking for a pram back in 2021 I'd visited a number of different pram shops including some of your big named stores. In those stores I felt staff were pushy and merely wanted a sale, losing interest if you didn't sound like you'd be buying one within 20 minutes. It couldn't have been more different shopping at Direct2Mum, so much so that we were there for a total of 2 hours (I'm very thorough) in the shop - that's how comfortable we felt! Staff were so friendly and helpful when asked, but also leaving us to play around with prams so we could get a good feel without being pressured. I fell in love with a pram and staff went above and beyond to try and source the color and style I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. I've been back in recently with a problem with my pram and they have again gone above and beyond to help me. My little girl is now 7 months and due for a new car seat - I will most certainly be back to visit Direct2Mum. Thank you for all your help and excellent service!

   Myself and my wife visited here yesterday, after visiting numerous other places and feeling like nobody cared about us as a young couple. We were approached by Debbie who was absolutely amazing and couldn't have done any more for us. She talked us through the ins and outs of a pram system that we fell in love with and truthfully answered any questions we had. By the end of the trip we walked away with a fully paid for pram that we couldn't have been any happier with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for baby items as you won't be disappointed with the products and service you receive. Thank you for making us feel welcome ☺

   We came to the store as first time parents and without a clue on what sort of pram we wanted to get. Holly could not have been more helpful!! She let us try all the prams, recommended others and gave so many useful tips. She even let us take one out to the car and showed us how it would dismantle and fit in the boot. She wasn't pushy in any way and we left feeling excited for our pram to arrive! We are so pleased that we get to pick our pram up closer to the due date so we don't have to store it for months and lose any warranty on it! I would recommend these lovely ladies to any parents to be and it is lovely to be able to shop in store rather than online and support a small business! Keep up the good work ladies xxx
