I can’t believe I’ve not left a review sooner. I’ve been using this Halfords for years and they’ve always been spot on. Staff are friendly, helpful and you always know where you stand with returns and exchanges – it’s all really simple and hassle-free. The opening times are really handy too when you’re busy. Proper reliable local store.
Great customer service at the Drakehouse Store Sheffield, I went in for a bulb change ironically my battery went flat while I was waiting for the appointment. the fitter was brilliant and got the car jump started fitted the bulb and made sure the car started again afterwards. He even helped me select the right jump starter as a back up in future. He did all that with no fuss and a very friendly but professional approach. Excellent customer service, it will definitely encourage me to visit again.
Went because my battery had been flat - to see if I needed a new one or not. The assistant who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and the results. Gave me advice about new battery options as the test he did showed my battery had quite low capacity. He showed me the results. He answered any questions. . Did a check on my car and advised that my front tyres need replacing soon. He showed me the results of the tyre tread test for each tyre and reassured that everything else was Ok. Which I appreciated. Would recommend to others.
Had all but given up on my old vengeance, thought it had bit the dust, was torn between buying a new bike or getting the old one fixed. Sarah suggested I bring it in for a health check, which I did. All done while I was there, conclusion was my bike wasn’t that bad and just needed some TLC. Booked the bike in for a service, a few things replace and others tweaked by I believe Annie, the bike rides like brand new and didn’t cost anywhere near the price of a new bike! Wish I had taken before and after photos.
Needed engine oil for my car. Gentleman in the store searched for the correct oil for me and then the young man working outside topped it up for me. It took about 20 mins from start to finish. Customer service from both was fantastic. They were so helpful and kind. Thank you again
I didn't get the employees name however the young employee who owns the older Honda CR-V helped me out with getting my wipers changed and he was absolutely fantastic. Had a good chat about our cars and he fit my new wipers quickly. Very nice person and very knowledgeable, I would recommend anybody to come to this store if they need new wipers.
Called in on the off chance they could help with an error message in my car, within 30 min, they informed me what was wrong, what my options were and had a new battery fitted so I could get on my way. Extremely helpful bunch of men, easy to talk to, friendly and approachable. Will defo visit for any other motoring needs.
I wanted a reliable Car Tyre Pump. Halfords had a very well reviewed one for under £8. I ordered it on line and collected it this morning from the store. I used it when I got home. It's simple, easy to use, and works perfectly. Thank you Halfords and your staff.
I took my electric bike in as it had a puncture. From entering the store the staff were welcoming and friendly. I left the bike and on my return I was so impressed. The guy doing my bike had done a great job. He had fitted a new tyre, sorted out a niggle with my brakes, cleaned it and even tilted my saddle which he said would make me more comfortable. Fantastic service at a great price. I will definitely be back
