   Recently I had my car repaired at Turners, Wales, in Sheffield. From having the vehicles damage assessed to picking it up repaired I can not fault them. The staff are professional and friendly. They gave me regular updates of the repair, and I received my vehicle back within the estimated time scale also I cannot fault the standard of the repair. The whole experience was very stress free.    Highly recommend Turners Accident Repair Sheffield. They did an amazing job on my car which had numerous panels needing repairing and it looks like new again. They chased issues up with the insurance company and kept me updated regularly on repair status. Communication was excellent throughout from the ladies who phoned with regular updates and the guys who were doing the repairs and had queries. They even sorted out a different courtesy car with a bigger boot to hold a wheelchair when I requested this. Upon collection I was shown around the car and asked to check it was up to standard and it was. Can't thank them enough and would use them again if needed.

   So so helpful at first .now 5 months later still no car. Supplied a courtesy car and a fault occurred with the drivers door mechanism. Their technician kame to look and damaged the door (good job I took photos before and after)as they are saying we did it and are making a claim against us and we have to pay for the damage. Wish I had read other reviews as the insurance company gave me the choice a choice to go else's. Avoid

   Terrible. This was the garage used through my insurance claim with Admiral. I ended up having to take action against them through the insurance company for their poor repair job which led to even further damage on my vehicle. If you get recommend this garage through your insurance do whatever you can to get your car repaired elsewhere

   Where do I start ?. So my car was parked up on the carpark outside work (normally I park in staff carpark round the back of store but was running late). Beside the point.. my car had been there since 8am, around a few hours later I had a colleague come to me and state that someone had gone into the drivers side of my vehicle. Luckily the lad admitted liability, Anyways I went through the insurance company and they recommended turners. My car was picked up on the 21st of July and was issued a courtesy car that very same day with enterprise. 2 days later I received a call that my car was going through assessment and couldn't be more happier, I knew I was in safe hands. I was apprehensive at first, until I went myself to collect my car on the 17th August. I have got to say to the guys at turners, a massive heartfelt THANKYOU the professionalism and the way you dealt with everything was absolutely outstanding ! I want to say thankyou to kirk who dealt with my volvo V40 you have done a phenomenal job (I know how hard it can be to match reds perfectly it is a very hard colour) and you was right that I was going to pleasantly surprised!!!! I also want to say a warm hearted thankyou to the lady (Sarah?) On the reception desk who was also exceptionally professional and so lovely to speak to. Turners you have done absolutely amazing I'm glad the insurance company picked you out to repair my car. The two staff that dealt with me and my car, honestly you are both a great asset to the team and wish you both the best ❤ Thanks again guys truly appreciated Kind regards Alexis
