   I had an issue with my bike and rang them up to see if they could have a look at it last minute. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and they were very helpful. They quickly fixed it for me on the spot. If I ever need to get anything for my bike, I will definitely return.

   Went in for a full service for my road bike and to fix a few pieces. Service was prompt and they explained how much it might cost before I put it in the workshop. The pieces they fixed worked fine but first trip out on it and the front gears wouldn't change (part of the full service includes doing the gearing). Edit: They told me to bring it in to have a look at it and fixed the problem for me as well as discussing what parts I may need to replace on my next yearly service. Great help when talking about issues I tend to have with my bike

   I found Cycle Supreme when looking via the Bike2Work scheme site as none of my local stores stocked the bike I was after; called them about this particular bike and then, after listening to advice, decided to order. A little nervous initially, as they were not local to me, which is a pity as the service was excellent from the owner, Lee. The bike arrived swiftly. Although there were a couple of issues with the bike upon arrival, Lee sorted them out quickly and efficiently. Thus, I would wholeheartedly recommend CS Ltd. Top class independent store. Keep it up!
