   I took my bike I thought both brakes were broken and I was thinking im going to pay up to £30 I’ve shown my bike to Stephen he fixed it in less than a minute and it was a very minor issue I was very impressed and he refused to charge me anything because it was a quick repair and told me that the brakes are not broken Im glad I’ve met an honest and genuine person For sure will go back and thank you Stephen

   5 Stars Customer Service from Bogdan at Decathlon Sheffield! Bogdan went Above & Beyond to help me. Incredible CX for me and such patience and kindness. If and when I pass by Sheffield which is 120 miles away from me. I will definitely come to say thank you again this time in person. I had been looking for these specific shorts in France, online and in the UK. They were very popular and running out of stock. In fact the last pair of my size was with Bogdan at the Sheffield store. I could not drive 120 miles and back to get them but Bogdan was able to get them transferred to a Decathlon near me and I was able to pick them up. I am truly delighted and very thankful for Bogdan’s kindness and help. By the way the shorts are a great fit and of strong quality. But beyond the product it really was Bogdan that made all the difference for me! Thank you again!

   not a good experience. their automated checkout is unreliable. you are supposed to put an item in their bin and it automatically finds the item and brings it up for payment. except the check out i used randomly added other items which were not in the bin and which i hadn't selected nor put in the bin and added these to my bill. when i quizzed this with the store person she seemed to imply it was my 'obviously' my fault and i must have added item in a previous scan - which i hadn't. she didn't really seem interested in finding out that the check out bin was faulty and other people may end up unsuspectingly paying for something they didn't want to buy if they weren't paying attention. It was all just 'never mind lets go to this checkout' and 'if you have a problem you can go to the store manager'. Meanwhile she left the faulty check out exactly as it was, never put a sign saying it was faulty and just left it for someone else to potentially get cheated when making their purchase. Also customer service was really bad, no one really wanted to help you and if they did after you asked for it it seemed grudgingly minimal.

   Very bad customer service. I have bought some towels and I wanted to pay with klarna as i couldn't afford all the payment in one time . I asked for assistance how to do it and they made me twice payment one with klarna and one taking all the payment through my bank account. They told me don't worry you will get the refund and klarna will take your payment splitted.but nothing . So at the end they closed klarna payment end took the money from my account and now I'm in overdraft. Happy day . Very bad experience.

   Great place that we've used time and time again.. NOT ANY MORE DUE TO SHEFFIELD COUNCIL FINING US £10 TO DRIVE INTO THE AREA. Even if we want to just pop into your shop and browse, it'll cost us £10...... Ten pounds just to look in your shop... We will simply shop elswere. We're so sorry. All the very best for the future. This is going to get tough for you..

   Mixed feelings about this shop. I have been to bigger and better stores in Europe. The shop only offers a fraction of the goods Decathlon sells. Their own branded goods are great value for money,and well up to the job. Sizing is a little bizarre,I tried on 4 different styles of trousers in the store.There was huge variations in the stated size. So be careful when ordering online.

   Wasn’t planning to buy a bike and I was only looking around. So I approached this gentleman working on the bike services “Olivier” - he was really helpful going through with me what I should have looked for in a bike to use to commute to work via train. Whilst he was servicing the bike his another colleague - “Joseph” was going through with me with the paperwork and registering my bike. I was really pleased and happy that I have purchased this bike with the guidance and assistance of these guys at the bike service station.
