   Bit of a performance swapping an awning that was too small in height despite the website saying it was (should have been well within our height needs). Absolutely no help, clearly the staff don’t have actual experience of camping. Had to buy another then wait for refund from first. 2.5 weeks waiting for refund. Broken promises, on hold, calls disconnected. Wouldn’t use this company again.

   Planned to visit tow-sure at Sheffield today as we have just got back into caravanning, had clicked onto website this morning for opening hours and directions as it has been a few years since we visited. I was quite shocked by the reviews and thought this can't be true, i have been before and got everything i needed with no issues. Then I thought the bad reviews were probably because of online orders. Anyway I drove 60 odd miles to visit regardless, I wish I hadn't bothered, what a dump, no stock that I required, no one to help, I saw one young man but couldn't find him again when I needed to ask a question, then one young girl breezed past me on her mobile and stood in the customer service are behind the glass screen chatting away, ignoring me standing there waiting for help. No one at the pay till. We left our trolley and walked out, along with another couple Who seemed equally disappointed. .

   Avoid at all cost. Customers service is non existence, had a awning for 4 months and its damaged. Used for 1 week and also 1 weekend. Been told they won't do a thing about it. Been told there nothing they will do and told me it has mould in it which it hasn't photos have been sent to prove this. Shambles of a company with products not fit for purpose.

   Absolutely disgusted!!! Received a completely damaged air awning which cost just under £2500 that ruined our family holiday. Towsure have refused to offer a refund and have even gone to the extent of sending pictures of a different old awning in an attempt to not have to give a refund. I will be taking legal action and i highly advise anybody thinking of placing an order please look elsewhere because if there is an issue you will not receive any form of refund

   Their website says they offer a towbar fitting service for all motors, but apparently for my vehicle its not available? Happy to sell them to you for you to do yourself, because were electricians and mechanics aren't we.

   The customer service and manager at towsure are awful. Their standards are very poor. I’ve reported this company to trading standards for refusing a refund on a product which immediately failed on use and I believe the reason for this is a low quality imitation. I’ve also had to request my credit card company look into it as fraud. Avoid - this people are clearly cheats when they are at fault.
