    I had such a good experience here, I needed 2 new front lights, Ken fitted one, showing me how to do it as i wanted to learn, so i did the 2nd myself! He then charged for the cost of 2 bulbs but only the fitting of one as he said i did a great job on the 2nd one. He was brilliant, full of knowledge and great sense of humour, an absolute credit to Halfords. I need a new tyre inflator, so i hope to see him again

    Many thanks to Ken who tested my battery and carefully discussed my options with me without making me feel a complete idiot. I decided to go with a new battery as although I don’t do much mileage, I do need to be able to rely on my car starting and behaving properly. Brilliant service and a reasonable price.

    I went to have new headlamp bulbs fitted and was given a free health check on my car. Jake, the member of staff who did this was absolutely brilliant, so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough.He checked my oil, topped up the windscreen wash and checked my tyre tread and pressures. Also, having the bulbs fitted was alot cheaper than I thought! Great service ,very highly recommended. Thankyou.

    I had a fantastic experience at Halfords on Queens Road, Sheffield. I went in for a brake light repair, and the job was done perfectly. Big thanks to Ken, who was absolutely brilliant—quick, professional, and friendly. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. The customer service was just as impressive. I’d lost my previous receipt, but the guy on the cashier went out of his way to help and managed to sort it out by checking my past payment. Super helpful and efficient! Great service all around—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

    Ken is an absolute star! He fitted my wiper blades and did a 10 point check on the car - all with a smile on his face, even though it was starting to rain. He was very knowledgeable, gave really helpful advice and was a pleasure to talk to.

    Excellent service! I took my bicycle for a free service I booked easily online, and so expected just a look over and to come back another time, paying for any additional repair. However, I was seen to straight away, and the service was complete within half an hour - brakes readjusted and wheels pumped up, free of charge. I'm a pleased customer, and will go here for all things to do with my bike from now on.

    Louis/Ken Came to get my headlight changed on my car and the two staff were really helpful and friendly. Ken did a full check on my car to make sure everything was to how it should be. Was very appreciative of this as I was going to be doing a long journey within the week. He was very helpful and chatty which made the visit even better. Thank you!

    Had several things from halfords recently for my new bike. Rechargeable lights front and back and a mud guard. All products are fantastic. The lights could do with been a touch brighter. All good though. 10/10
