   Great experience buying an Orbea Laufey hardtail from J E James in Chesterfield. Originally ordered a Whyte Secta S from them but when I went to collect I saw they had the Orbea on special offer. They could easily have been difficult but spent quite a while with me trying both bikes and talking me through the differences / upgrades etc. The Orbea was too good of a deal to pass by so I asked to swap and they were more than happy to! This is what you get when you buy from a local bike shop!

   I ordered a Momentum Voya E+3 E Bike, the service I received was excellent. I was kept up to date on when delivery would be and given a time slot of when it would arrive. When my bike arrived it was so well packaged and serviced. I’m so pleased with my bike and can honestly say I’ve got my passion back for cycling. The bike is an excellent buy for the price so well made. I try and ride it in manual mode most of the time but when I’m faced with a large hill it is so easy to put into electric mode. Considering it’s an E bike I find it so smooth and easy to ride and isn’t to heavy. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone who is wanting to get back into cycling or is just starting out.

   second visit to the shop a rare gem, a bike shop with informed people not trying to push you towards spending more money but will try to answer any questions about any product in the shop. You can try bike for size or just feel a great place. If you do purchase a cycle it comes like someone has taken time and trouble to make sure its good to go and you can tell the bike has been checked greased and oiled everything correct torque fantastic. Some great deals at the moment

   Helpful. Called in store late pm 30 mins before closing. Staff very willing to give all details and full overview on planned purchase. Team contributed to offering answers to all our questions re charging battery when away in holiday. Very impressed.

   Cracking chain of bike shops. Great service, great selection, great prices. They have ordered me several Hopetech parts in the past and have gone the extra mile to get me what I asked for. Other bike shops had told me they wouldn't order specific parts unless it was over a price threshold. Generally one of the best bike shops I've ever used.
