absolutely a waste of time,don't bother if you need a tyre.you have to phone them about 10 times befor they answer the phone give them the tyre size then they say they will phone you back but they never do .joke of a company
Needed help and advice. Got everything I needed with excellent customer service at a great price.
Bough a new ignition switch and found to be a secondhand used unit. Immediate return to the shop 20 mins later and told NO REFUND ! although the staff agreed this was a USED unit. Was offered a replacement unit the arriving the following day. I explained no good as not available and too late, then suggested I had returned my faulty item in place of the new unit supplied !! A heated confrontation followed in front of customers in the shop. After sales staff calling suppliers and superiors a refund was begrudgingly I felt was issued . In summary I went out to buy a new ign switch and was sold a used secondhand switch in a new box. It was then suggested I was a liar as well as being rude to staff. I have used this retailers for many years, but never again ! Wilco Motorsave your staff need a strong lesson in customer service.
Following trouble starting my car I payed a visit on Friday full expecting to buy and fit a new battery . I left my car with them and on my return was very surprised to find out that they had full check out the battery, tyres and brakes and was informed that everything was OK and at a commentary cost:). They couldn't be anymore helpful and friendly and would go the extra mile to help, brilliant and as they say "I'll be back":).

My partners car brake pads started grinding while driving and she came in on the off chance some one could take a look. The Bay manager michael was extremely helpful and reassured her he could get her back on the road in a few hours. Great customer service and great workmanship
