   I was not able to test the machines in person. Bradley was excellent. He answered all my questions and guided me. Even comparing the noise levels of the treadmills over the phone. Nothing was too much trouble. Not pushy and very patient. Really appreciated the prompt delivery and installation service. I think you would struggle to find a better service. Very happy with my purchase.

   Super knowledgeable staff. Visited a few times as I was a little indecisive at which rowing machine suited me best. Finally ordered one. Super quick delivery but sadly there was an error and the installation we had paid for was not on the delivery persons sheet, so the rower was left in a box for a few days, which was frustrating but obviously these things happen, so I didn’t delete a star for this reason. I had a few issues regarding this error and chasing staff to return calls and communication at this point was poor (hence the loss of one star), but I finally spoke to the Sheffield Manager Justin and he passed me over to Jack, who was super communicative and helpful and sorted everything out. My rowing machine is now in situ and assembled - thank you Justin and Jack

   Visited the Sheffield store fore replacement part, Bradley advised that they didn't do parts for my gym, but within seconds he'd googled who did and gave me their number. After speaking to the company who told me that because my multi gym was old they could no longer supply the part. I asked if there was an alternative and was told repeatedly that the gym was old and no parts were available...I just couldn't make him understand that I understood this and wanted an alternative, so I returned to the Sheffield store to find Justin as I was explaining he was searching for my part on line, but suggested that I look at their gyms and make up the part myself, which I did with the advise from Justin. Neither of the gentleman had to go above and beyond but they did and being a lady of colour, their behaviour was a pleasant change and very much appreciated. If I ever need some gym equipment they would be my first choice. Thank you Justin & Bradley

   I absolutely can't recommend these enough , from ordering in shop , to ordering over phone. Staff are professional, knowledgeable friendly and super efficient. I had a large order I had very happy with and yesterday ordered some more equipment that came today , delivery excellent service too . Anyone wanting any gym equipment please go to these guys. I'm super , super happy wit purchase

   Visited the Sheffield showroom in August and found the staff and store manager Justin Logan extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Needed some time to research the rowers so Justin gave me his email address to contact him at a later date. Eventually decided to buy a Life Fitness GX rower so contacted Justin by email who was extremely helpful and sorted everything out very quickly by email. Decided to buy from Fitness Superstore as it is very reputable and I have bought fitness equipment from them in the past and the quality and service has been excellent.

   Excellent experience in this store. Justin went above and beyond to help us find the equipment we wanted and didn't try and oversell anything. We were going to order equipment online but decided to go to the store first to have a look and I'm so glad we did, the help we received was excellent. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back for any more equipment we might need in the future.

   5 Star review is primarily based on the service received in store. Justin was really informative and did not try to oversell, a really good experience. I would recommend going in store rather than just ordering online, if it's not in stock they can order it in for you online anyway... I previously ordered similar items direct from their website, but the service was not good and I actually cancelled the order. The service in store is the only reason I made the purchase again.
