   Do the staff actually receive ANY customer service training? Does the company actually care about this at all? I've been to a couple of different branches and so far had staff continue to talk between themselves while processing my sale without ever even acknowledging my existence, staff member scrolling Facebook on their phone while serving me, staff openly using bad language on the shop floor. How do you not get absolutely dragged by every secret shopper? Is this just what I have to accept to get sports wear without taking out a loan? How far we have fallen.

   Minimal staff. No one on shop floor to ask to get the right size pair of trainers for my granddaughter. One appeared after 5 minutes of waiting (one girl on till serving ) and said would be 2 minutes. Another 5 minutes waiting, and walked passed us again, same response. Two more potential customers waiting also. Another 5 minutes and decided to leave. As did the other 2 men. One put a £100 trainer back...meadowhall next time!

   I want the public to know the staff in this store are exceptional and helped no end. The products and prices are really competitive.... However, I have to return my purchase tomorrow, as the cashier told me to keep the box and receipt to exchange the shoes (which were 50% discounted) if I wasn't satisfied. I tried the right shoe on in the store and it was perfect but when I put the left one on at home it felt like it was a size smaller. I know I will get them exchanged to the next size up but it made me wonder why the range had been so hugely reduced. Maybe the manufacturer had issues in making them and more may be returned in due course, but the Retail Shop gives a brilliant service. Alan Cockayne. Sheffield Drakehouse Branch.

   Purchased a hoodie, no staff around. Went to the cashier, after putting the item through the till informed me she wanted to go home. My purchase was left in a pile she then handed me the receipt Not very good service Fortunately I got the item I wanted.

   Incredibly rude staff. Sister purchased some shoes which unfortunately were slightly different styles, staff did not notice on purchase when she got them home I noticed and we took them back young man on today was extremely rude and complained about having to bring the correct pair, sighing and suggesting we were in the wrong when we had the recipit to exchange the shoes. Not happy with the service at all. The staff should of checked the correct shoes were in the box at purchase.
