    Massively disappointed to find this shop shut each time we’ve tried to visit. Even having followed the sign that says to ring the doorbell for entry, we got absolutely zero response and so haven’t been able to shop here as yet. A great shame as had heard nothing but good things about The Kit Monkey, and having checked the website it looks as though they ought to have some good deals. Alas, we’ve not managed to take any of this up yet. Maybe we’ll manage to chance upon them being open some day? Would be happy to change the review if/when this happens.

    Excellent value for new and surplus military gear So much for the answer to this review? I'll still leave the 5* review. If you're going to make an offer it's needs to be kept to! Didn't have what I needed this tone bit sell ended up buying some conforming bandages for my wood carving. The best still to stop blisters. Perhaps I'll look online next tone rather than pop in on the off chance. May see ya soon but them again may not.

    Went to get some kit for my son and was really pleasantly surprised. The shop is really well laid out not like some military surplus shops which resemble jumble sales. Good choice of kit at reasonable prices. Good advice too, not just trying to sell you the most expensive thing. We'll be back.

    Great customer service for someone who didn't know exactly what I wanted. Very knowledgable staff who even appreciates the novice. Lots of stock available with offers to order in what isn't there. Lovely to see the shop layout easy to see and look through, NOT the 'jumble sale' feel normally associated with army surplus stores!! Big thumbs up and will definitely recommend to others and will be returning.
