   Watch for the sale items. Polo shirts have stains. You will probably find them after the purchase. No returns as they are sale items. Would expect someone checks the items before putting them on sale. Very disappointed, last visit there.

   Had an absolutely lovely experience in the store, the staff especially. The one with curly dark hair help me pick out some polos for father's day, would absolutely recommend, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products!

   Good store, helpful staff. Unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted. Price is little to high for an outlet, 3 pair of socks £24 ? Ordinary top £100. A bit to much considering economic crisis and people's budgets.

   The store is great especially the blonde girl that works there shes a real asset to the company. She's always so welcoming and everytime I ask for size 9 jumpers she's always happy to help and check the stock in the back always a pleasure.

   Spent £190 on 4 polo shirts yesterday (great quality, the shirts aren't my complaint but the service is) had to search through a lot of stock for the size needed, a polite young lad suggested my husband try on for fit then he would get us a choice of colours from the storeroom, then subsequently disappeared (possibly on a well deserved break) we asked a young lady to help, she wasn't as polite unfortunately and didn't seem interested in helping us(she did in the end but it felt begrudgingly) an older chap then came over to assist, which we assumed was because of our exchange with the girl. Anyway, long review but basically spent a good amount of money and walked out feeling deflated. I'm not sure if they liked my 'rummaging' for sizes but I kept all the piles neat and in my opinion all sizes should be on display for all customers.

   Quite simply brilliant levels of customer service at this branch. I was searching high and low for a specific coat for my son with no joy whatsoever. The staff here were so helpful and went above and beyond to source the coat from another branch and had it moved to their branch for me. They kept me updated and let me know when it had arrived. End result = and extremely happy son!! Thanks so much to the guys at Lacoste East Mids, they went above and beyond to help me.
