Bought a bike pre assembled by Rich, upon inspection the side stand has considerable damage and the bars are not straight. Halfords were incredibly unhelpful and rude when I told them I wasn’t in a position to bring it back. Just do the job properly in the first place!!

Visited Halfords Northwich today. Front off-side indicator bulb blown. Within 20 minutes I had had this replaced by Andy and was on my way home. Amazing service, brilliant staff, quick service and reasonably priced. This is not the first time I have received this service and why I return.
I visited today to collect a number plate which I had ordered online. A very polite young man made up the plate for me. He was very efficient and capable, unfortunately I did not get his name. While I was being dealt with a young lady named Melanie was dealing with an elderly gentleman who needed a refund. She received some loud comments from a woman in the queue who took exception to Melanie asking the gentleman the necessary questions required for a refund. The woman said she would complain. I found it uncomfortable for Melanie who was doing her job and embarrassing for the elderly gentleman who asked for a refund. Melanie behaved impeccably and professionally and dealt with the situation very well. I returned later as agreed to have the plate fitted. It was Melanie who fitted the plate and she did it perfectly and was very efficient and capable. My experience in store today was very pleasant because of Melanie and the young man who made my plate.
Very satisfied with the service from this branch. Our bikes looked like brand new after their service. Excellent work by all the team on our two electric bikes, mechanically serviced by Sam - top man, thank you.
Callum was really helpful,fitting the baby car seat. The one I asked for didn't fit my car very well ,so he ordered a different one which I will pick up in a day or two. Both men were polite and helpful.

Needed to get new headlights for my old car but didn't know what.i needed., however they had a screen by the headlight area where I could enter my vehicle details and it told me which products were compatible with my vehicle and also had useful information to help me.find the perfect product. They fitted the bulbs for me afer a very short wait, and the young man doing the job was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this store.
Having bought 2 replacement wiper blades from Halfords Northwich I thought I would easily be able to fit them myself. Not so! Maybe my grey matter is not what it was so I went back to the Northwich store and to my delight I was all sorted in under 10 minutes. Brilliant service, brilliant staff.
