   If there were 6 ⭐️’s I’d still give this company 7. Guaranteed genuine parts which is a concern these days especially with the performance application I’m using them in. Went out of their way to ensure I received the 2 different products on time when the delivery to them wasn’t as early as expected. Fantastic coms, Sue is a total star. I bought them because they were good value and would be genuine, but would buy again purely on customer service. Amazing company, thank you very much. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, just buy here.

   I spent $248.50 au plus shipping with this company for a 6 volt Lucas Altette Horn. The horn didn't work. Faults happen and happy to work through them however when I contacted the company via email I was completely ignored. I had to purchase another horn locally for around the same price. Turned out to be a very expensive horn.:(

   Absolutely first class, the service with this company is second to none the representative I dealt was was so patient and understanding. He sorted out the parts I required within a minute and obviously dispatched them right away. Placed my order at 1:30 pm on Friday and they arrived on Saturday in just under 24hrs, I didn’t think I would they would arrive at least until Monday, I certainly won’t hesitate to use this company again. Just brilliant.

   Had a bad experience with these guys, terrible communication. Ordered a set of plugs which said "in stock" on the website, I placed the order, paid, received confirmation and then nothing for 2 weeks!! I had to email to see what's going on, only to be told 2 days after I emailed they actually didn't have that plug in stock and was on over 2 week back order, yeah thanks contacting me to let me know that, not. I would never have ordered that plug if I'd have known that information! One of my biggest pet hates is online stores selling items they do not have in stock! which is why I'm here writing this review. I'm fine with buying backordered stock if its communicated and I can make a choice if its right for me to wait or go with another product or go elsewhere! I would have happily picked another plug and even paid more if I knew I'd get it quicker, the only positive outcome from this store was I asked to cancel the order and get a refund which they completed promptly. In the end I decided to go elsewhere as the initial experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
