   VeloRunner is far more than just a bike shop – it’s a proper specialist running and cycling store with genuinely knowledgeable staff. The team really take their time to understand what you need. Their running gait analysis is excellent, unhurried, and clearly done by people who actually understand running, not just shoe sales. I was given honest advice, multiple options to try, and clear explanations without any pressure to buy. The range of running shoes, clothing, and accessories is very well chosen, and the same goes for their cycling side – bikes, servicing, and kit are all top quality. You can tell this is a shop run by people who are passionate about what they do. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy. If you’re a runner or cyclist in or around Stone, this should be your first stop, not an afterthought. Highly recommended.

   Ordered an item over a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Zero meaningful communication and constant chasing just to get basic updates. Customer service is effectively non-existent. I’ve now had to request a refund because nothing has been delivered and no one seems interested once they have your money. As a small business owner myself, I find this level of service completely unacceptable. A thoroughly frustrating experience. Avoid.

   I always use VeloRunner for new shoes. As an older runner I value their expertise and the individual attention given to me to find the right product. While in the store I usually find an extra treat too, maybe a sale item or a flashy pair of socks to go with new shoes. Well worth visiting in person.

   Excellent Customer Service – Highly Recommend! I ordered a water bottle that unfortunately got misdelivered by Royal Mail. I contacted Velorunner and their customer service was fantastic from the start - prompt, polite, and genuinely helpful. Even though the original item was out of stock, they quickly offered me a replacement in a different colour and got it sent out straight away. It arrived safely, and I'm really happy with it. Thank you so much for making the whole process smooth and stress-free - this kind of service makes all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Velorunner again!

   As novice runners, my wife and I were recommended to visit VeloRunner by a friend of ours, to look at getting some properr running shoes. We made an on line appointment for a running gait appraisal with Pete. He was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. We weren't pressured into buying anything we didn't want to, but were able to try on different shoe types, run in them, and decide if they were what suited our running style (and budget). All round a brilliant experience, that made buying specialist shoes a breeze. We even got a significant discount by using their app. I wouldn't hesitate recommending anyone who is into running, to visit VeloRunner.

   Went in yesterday for Gait analysis, Covid safe and super welcoming. The lovely chap I saw was patient and let me try and run in 8 different pairs of shoes until we got exactly the right pair. Also picked up Brookes sports bras and got everything for a great price. Absolutely recommended this shop! Thank you so much Velo runner for keeping me running during a pandemic!

   Fantastic prompt service. I wanted some Hunt wheels for my Cannondale which requires the rear wheel to be re dished by a specialist wheel builder. The wheels were delivered prompt and my bike was in and out in 2 days ready to roll and properly tuned with the new rotors added etc.
