Felt comfortable to browse around the store and ask as many questions as I wanted. Great service from Iain, he really knows his way around a bike! Lovely atmosphere and overall amazing service. Would recommend.
Ordered a bike online but unfortunately they didnt have it in stock at the warehouse and after a week it still hadn’t been dispatched and had not contacted us with any updates. But we went to the store to see if it had been delivered, and although it had not, we spoke to Jake in store. He found another store that had it and called to web team to cancel our order and called the other store to hold the bike for us to later collect. Issue was dealt with really well and will be back to the store if we need anymore help!
Not specific to this shop but to overall Evans Ordered one bike from their website (it said low in stock but still available to put into order), and then several days later I was told that the order was cancelled. Then the same model but different colour bike was shown in the website with the same price. Bought it again, several days later, I was told that my order was cancelled again! I was so looking forward to the bike. Twice cancelled my order. If you don't have this bike in stock to start with, why show me the option and allow me to buy, not once, but twice.
Absolutely shocking after service, my bike arrived with damage and nearly one month later still have no resolution. I've emailed 5 times now with no response and it looks like I will have to go to the small claims to resolve, as there is no response. Not what I would expect from a well known distributor.
Amazing experience. Staff were incredibly helpful in assisting with a purchase - professional, friendly, great communication and provided an excellent service. The bike is fantastic. Very happy and would definitely recommend to others! Thanks guys.

I honestly don't know the shop was there! Walked past it on my way into town and went in on my way back.
Great Service. Found the problem quickly and dealt with it very easily unlike Birmingham Service.
Wheel came buckled, gears and disc brakes rubbing, worst set up of a new bike I've experienced wouldn't use this store again for a couple of reasons.
