   Disappointed with the customer service, asked a sales assistant about an item and she gave me the wrong information (perhaps she wasnt sure but did nothing to check) and then just walked away, this was a £160 purchase I was trying to make - spoke to another member of staff who gave me the right information but when I asked her to get me something that was high up she told us to go speak to another member of staff to get someone else with a ladder when we were ready (we'd be ready for 10 minuets) I actually struggle to understand why it was so difficult to buy something in this store, I spent £££ there tonight and we were thrown through the till and then the sales assistant started to serve another customer before we could even move our items off the till, which made it very awkward, I had a toddler too and mynhamds were full. The customer service of your staff and management needs looking in to asap, nobody looks like they actually want to work there.

   Good toy shop but walked in with 3 other girls which I ended up leaving to look at the doll sections. One was running without my knowledge when I separated from them and I ended up being kicked out as a result for someone else’s actions when I separated from them

   Bought a Christmas present for my daughter and it was one of the things she really wanted. Pressed the buttons and it didn’t work. So opened the battery compartment to find one of the battery components completely corroded. So now my daughter cannot use this present until we’ve got a replacement. Not a happy customer.

   Great place to get toys and plenty of other things such as games consoles and bikes. Also have a baby section for prams, car seats and other stuff. Used this store loads and never had any issues. The only complaint which has absolutely nothing to do with the store is the car park, especially around Christmas time, as it gets very busy as there is only one way in and out.

   Good range of toys and baby items. However your staff for the 3rd visit running has been atrocious. Terrible attitudes and just do not seem to enjoy their jobs. If is that bad quit but do not treat customers like that ever. Definitely our last visit.

   Fantastic toy shop. Very reasonably priced. Staff look like they are dosed up on Valium, not surprising given the number of hyperactive kids swarming around. Well worth a visit (much better than shopping online) just to see the look on your nippers face.
