Absolutely ridiculous sizing. An XL that fits like a small/medium is unacceptable. Misleading labels and a hassle to return.

Majority of the staff are lovely. However the store has been let down by a highly ignorant and racist member of staff. (woman with black hair in a bun) I have taken it to head office and hopefully she will learn basic manners and leave her far right mentality at home before putting the uniform on. Her behavior is absolutely disgusting. Refused to give me the name but I have given a full discription to the CEO and head office and hopefully she will learn that racism on 2025 is completely unacceptable

Went the other day to get some trainers I couldn't see my size so I asked one of the staff for help and he told me to get back to where the woman's shoes are a wait. In an angry manner. I asked him for more help because the sizes didn't fit me and he said I'll send someone to you but we waited for ages and no one came, so I just walked out in the end.

Last night I witnessed the most horrific incident in sports direct longton. A man came in to swap his shoes to which the staff member said he couldn’t as there was a mark. The man explained that they were already like that, 3 female staff went over to the male worker who then started to shout at the customer he threw his shoes on the floor he was verbally abusive and when the customer was leaving he then outside the store threw the shoes at him on the floor, he was pushing him continuously and even followed the customer to his car where he had his children. Never experienced customer service like it and I really hope they have there jobs taken. He was belittling and abusive to that poor man!!!!

Disability awareness and understanding is shocking to say the least. Just visited with my disabled 12 year for new trainer's. He can only use one arm and has to wear a leg brace that goes in his shoe. He has to use special laces. We were told we could not unthread the laces unless we brought the shoes first. The reason given was it would take too long for a staff member to rethread them even though we were the only costumers in at the time. He just stood and watched us struggling with the normal laces, then we couldn't get the shoes on as the security tag was catching on my sons brace and he refused to remove it. So it would seem that they expect disabled people buy shoes that may not fit, as it is too much work for staff to make reasonable adjustments to help. Very disappointed with whole experience and will definitely think twice about using the shop again.

Good shop for some things, not too much in the golf range. Fair prices. Changing room could do with a sweep out and a stool would be good to sit and put shoes on instead of losing balance. Staff not friendly, no smile, if you ask something it seems grudgingly done. One thing is you get an electric shock off the bannisters of the stairs and the changing room door, needs looking at, not too good for you.

Always plenty of choice for anything sporty, clothes shoes and accessories, great prices and a 1 stop shop so simple to find what you need. They even do work ware and boots.
