Fitted me in for a last minute after I bent my mech! The service provided was top class with very reasonable prices. The workshop and showroom are spotless. Ill be using them for all my servicing from now on and would highly recommend to others too.
I was on a bike ride along the Trent Mersey canal and my chain came off my rear derailleur and got jammed and my back wheel was not moving no tools no nothing just a pump. I was in Stone and asked a local lollipop man if there is a bike shop near by and he told to go to MTB they will sort me out which I did and I'm so glad I did not only did they fix my problem they also realigned my back wheel and notice my peddle was cracked and offered me some better peddles which I took and are 100 times better more grip wider just what I need. Theres was no waiting due to me been 10 miles from home and it was late in the day, so a big thank you from me, the ride back was much better with the new peddles and my bike rolled a lot better to, now they have a new customer the owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about bikes the shop as everything you could ever need and want top brands bikes and accessories Thanks again and see you soon

been today really happy in fact chuffed to bits. Had a service new rims Halo vortex fitted. tubeless also great shop excellent work to a high standard. very competitive with prices I would definitely recommend Midlands MTB.
What a gem of a bike shop the owner give a good 30minutes of his time to explain what type of bike I would need/frame size/gears etc and try some for size. I’d gone along to collect two children’s Squish bikes for Christmas both purchased at very competitive prices. Please go along and try this bike shop it’s a much better experience than any of the big retail stores with far superior quality bikes on sale. Many thanks again for all your help Midlands MTB Ltd.
Fantastic service from Michael. Called in with an emergency repair and he fixed while I waited with parts in stock. I was expecting to have to return for repair so a really nice surprise. Also very reasonable prices and fixed quickly. Will return for sure and I recommend without hesitation.
Bike needed servicing and noisy brakes, they did a really good job, bike looks and feels great. Work was done quickly to a high standard and a fair price. very please.
