“I have to say what fantastic customer service I have had from Michaela and Sam , we had a problem on delivery and all slabs damaged on speaking to them nothing was to much trouble they went above and beyond to make my experience dealing with them such a pleasure, these days your lucky if you get to talk to someone but these two are in my opinion deserve a gold star for their service and concern for myself as a customer . I needed some quoins and coping stones for an extension to match my house, but every company i tried (I spent days searching pretty much every company in the UK) said the lead time would be around 6 - 12 weeks. These guys turned them around in record time so that my bricky could start asap. Not only that, but they sent me out some different coloured samples so i could get a perfect match. Another thing, i messed up by not ordering enough coping stones for the parapet roof, but they again went out of their way to get these to me in record time. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.”
