   They should open at the times that they say they are open. 20 minute detour to get to this pharmacy to pick up a prescription before work. Arrive at 8:30 having seen Online, they open from 8 am. It was closed. I wasted ac20 minute journey before work for nothing. It takes less than five minutes to update your opening times on Google and to give your customers a better service.

   Visited the store at 8:10am. Opening hours on door / online say open 8am but place all in darkness with the doctors adjacent saying “they turn up when they want”. Great Stuff, cannot get my prescription now as it’s been sent here!

   I visited the pharmacy today. Wednesday 22nd October 2025. I was greeted by a “Chinese” apologies if I am incorrect lady. I asked if they sold Contac? The response was a blank look. I repeated my question. The response was Contact? No Contac. Another blank stare followed by. What is it? It’s an over the counter cold/flu medicine. Response errr no. Errr no you don’t know or errr you don’t sell it? Response another blank stare. Can you please ask the pharmacist if you sell it or could they recommend an alternative? A blank stare and then she just walked off. I tried to call her back but she just ignored me. I will never use this pharmacy again, totally gone down hill.

   I was referred here by NHS 111 for a emergency prescription as I’m on medication that I have to take everyday there was a lady pharmacist working I’m not sure of her name she refused to issue me the emergency prescription as I don’t use the pharmacy enough I explained I needed the medication as I can’t miss a day her reply was well I’m sure you’ll be fine until you can get to your normal pharmacy tomorrow!!Absolutely shocking attitude and made me feel stupid I will never use that pharmacy again.

   This isn’t my normal pharmacy. Having just had a paper prescription from the neighbouring surgery I opted for the convenience here. Massive queue so opted to return later in the day. Returned early evening, 15-minute wait and one item unavailable, told to return in 1-2 days. Two days later, made special journey to collect the missing item, still not available. Returned four days later. Quite busy but asked to take a seat and wait. After about eight minutes the pharmacist put an item in the basket ready to be served, I believed it to be mine as all other people waiting before me had left. Staff member busied themselves sorting items for collection while the dispensed item stayed in the basket on clear view. And yes, it was mine, I’d sat waiting for it while I could have been served and away. Plus, the seats are SO uncomfortable, particularly for those with mobility difficulties like myself. I won’t be opting for this ‘convenience’ again thank you.

   Inflated prices. Ibuprofen £1.99, generally available at 39p. Fast acting Ibuprofen £6.84, generally available under £2.00. I expect to pay a little more at a pharmacy than a supermarket or B&M but these prices are just a rip off. Won’t be using them again.
