“The members of staff working in the North Street, Crewe, branch are amazing. Not one of the staff are abrupt or rude. They have always made me feel good and kept me calm when there have been any issues. Which I may add have never been down to them. Usually issues occur from the surgery I use that causes the staff at this chemist problems which they always manage to resolve. They are brilliant and don’t always get the appreciation they deserve. “The place is nicely decorated, food was cooked to perfection and the signature milkshakes were yummy, would reccomend! Ordered peanut butter jelly signature milkshake with added flake & the caramel brownie one too also with a flake. The peanut one was nicer. Also ordered the breakfast king - states on the menu includes black pudding but I didn't find any in it. However, that's not a complaint as I didn't want it anyway.”

“There were plenty of parking spaces available when I arrived. Although I ensured I had a pound coin, the trolleys were free and plentiful. I only required a few items, and found what I needed instantly. The store appeared to be clean, tidy and well laid out. The staff member on the till was friendly and gave service with a smile.”

“Well managed, we have several prescriptions, only issues have originated with doctors. Have bent over backwards when items out of stock or supply issues. You know a pharmacy cant issue meds without a prescription, why do people complain when its their doctors havent issued it.”
