   Stunningly rude and unhelpful staff, and regularly short of stock even when prescriptions are ordered a week in advance. Moved to Stone Pharmacy, great service.

   Very disappointed to use this pharmacy as having tried several other pharmacies in the area no one had the meds in that was prescribed on the prescription. The staff were pleasant but when told by a member of staff to return the following day then they could complete the whole order after they would be having a delivery in. The next day came and went and they have been contacted several times but the rest of the order cannot be fulfilled go back to your Dr and get another prescription - all very well if you can get an appointment with a Dr. Why promise the missing item would be in . Not very impressed as being a 16 mile round journey

   For some strange reason the staff at this pharmacy seem to be delicate??? Only two customers at a time, thats old hat now! If this has to be the case to protect the delicate staff then perhaps people who are dropping in their prescription in could wait outside while it is being prepared so those just collecting aren’t so frustrated. Another thing for the pharmacy to think about is how many impromptu sales they loose, by the time I got to the front I was so cross I just wanted to get home after 30mins in the cold!

   Very over-priced and did not send my order till over 2 weeks after I paid for it I sent them an email as their support phone network is at the High Rate premium so making money out of us there also. All I wanted was enteric-coated aspirin for heart condition - I am a pensioner and can not go out - so something that would have normally cost me 63 pence - from them, with the postage, cost me just under £6!! Then it never came - so after I complained I got NO reply to my email but the aspirin came within 3 days but instead of putting in padded envelope it was wrapped in plastic bag so most of the aspirin where smashed from the stamping at the post office. Do Not buy from this place - I still can not believe they have a help line that Charges Premium Rates!! Had to put one star otherwise I could not post this.

   excellent support. we have regular repeat prescriptions via walton pharmacy and they always bend over backwards to accomodate. When aware you are waiting they even call to inform you when urgent items are delivered. most issues we experience tend to be with the suppliers to them or doctors surgery not the pharmacy themselves

   Excellent service! I need made to measure stockings for my leg otherwise it swells up really badly. The pharmacists next to my doctors took over 6 weeks to order my last pair which have now become a bit worn. I needed a new prescription but they never had a member of staff free to measure my leg again. Went to Boots and they told me to measure my own leg. Went to Waltons and had a new pair within 5 days! Fantastic!
