“Me and my family had a newborn photo shoot with Kylie. Kylie was very welcoming and friendly and we were made to feel at home as soon as we walked into her studio. She was very kind and patient during the photoshoot as we had to stop and feed our baby half way through. We have just received all of the photos and they are all amazing, we couldn't of wished for anything more. 10/10.”

“I needed my ears cleared of wax and by chance saw that Llanishen pharmacy provide this service. I was able to book easily, on line, an appointment the next day, where others were quoting a much longer waiting time. When I arrived Kav was pleasant, polite, efficient and helpful. I was even provided with photos of my clean ear drums as a sovereign of my visit. Thanks Kav I will have no hesitation in recommending you anyone who require your services. Plus by way of a bonus, it was slightly cheaper that other places that I considered. Having earwax removed is never going to be a pleasant experience but Kav made it as close to one as possible. I was not sure if I needed a doctor appointment with a really nasty insect bite but the concern and helpful knowledge of the pharmacist gave me the best care and treatment I required. “Jays pharmacy is absolutely amazing I moved from my local pharmacy to Jays as recommended by my daughter . It's the best move I made, they are a fantastic pharmacy, offering excellent service and very friendly staff. I just had a call from the pharmacist to check how I was getting on with a new medication. “Today I had a very bad start to the day. I had devastating news and was really upset. I went into boots just from being in tears and I needed a little touch up of my make up. Trying not to look so bad. I can only wear a certain brand of make up due to skin sensitivities and a young lady who works on the esstee lauder table was very understanding and helped me feel and look that little bit better. “I wanted to leave a 5 star review for Jen, who works with purfume at the superdrug in St David's cardiff. I was looking for a new purfume as my previous favourites are not long available and was lost on what to choose! I'd purchased an atomiser and looking to fill it up to try a new sent. Jen was so helpful, patient, she listened and looked up the purfume I'd previously used to help match a scent for me. Jen tried lots for me, with no pressure or rushing me. We agreed one purfume, then she kindly gave me 2 samples for other purfumes she thought I'd may like. She is extremely good at her job, as I love all of them!! Her kindness means alot to me, other places I'd tried were unhelpful and staff really did not want to give time to help me. Jen is a true credit to the store, I'd highly recommend going to her.
