   Had travel vaccinations here today with the on-site nurse, who was absolutely brilliant. Lovely large quiet and clean consulting room - you could forget you were in a busy shopping centre. Excellent service - would highly recommend.

   I wanted to leave a 5 star review for Jen, who works with purfume at the superdrug in St David's cardiff. I was looking for a new purfume as my previous favourites are not long available and was lost on what to choose! I'd purchased an atomiser and looking to fill it up to try a new sent. Jen was so helpful, patient, she listened and looked up the purfume I'd previously used to help match a scent for me. Jen tried lots for me, with no pressure or rushing me. We agreed one purfume, then she kindly gave me 2 samples for other purfumes she thought I'd may like. She is extremely good at her job, as I love all of them!! Her kindness means alot to me, other places I'd tried were unhelpful and staff really did not want to give time to help me. Jen is a true credit to the store, I'd highly recommend going to her. In the future I will always go back to her. Thank you Jen, I was feeling a little low and your kindness helped so much and I feel happier with my new scents. I wish more people where as thoughtful as you.

   went in today to buy some deodorant. sprayed it to check the scent and the store’s assistant manager COURTNEY walked in and started to harass me and my younger sister and implied that we were stealing it. That was extremely rude and inappropriate of her to judge us like that. There were other people in the store but she was standing right next to us and patronising us. It really ruined our shopping experience. We were going to buy the deodorant anyway and we did. But her behaviour was unacceptable and felt like casual racism!!! There was no need to be rude like this. We asked for a manager because we felt uneasy and wanted to complain about our experience but she said she’s the manager (she was the assistant manager) People like her are ruining the image and name of Superdrug. Never going to this store again and will be taking a legal action against her. She is unfit to work for any retail store and has 0 customer service. Superdrug should look into this matter and check if she has any underlying mental illness issues because what she did was not normal. She was so triggered by us just spraying a small spritz of the body spray. She could have told us politely instead of being so passive aggressive. What a shame and disappointment!

   Paid to have my eyebrows threaded and tinted, the state of my eyebrows afterwards is shocking, and its not excatly something i can hide now. I asked for a light tint being fair.... end result i have black eyebrows with one being big with a nice arch and the other one thin with no shape. Im embrassed to leave the house.

   When booking it was stressed to me that I should arrive 5-10 minutes early as I was the last appointment of the day. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment only to wait a total of 30 minutes while the manicurist finished doing a colleague’s nails and proceeded to take pictures and chat. The manicurist was lovely however they cut several of my cuticles (enough for them to bleed at little), which continued to sting and big irritated for days after. The overall look of the manicure was great however they started to lift and chip slightly only 3 days after therefore I had to book somewhere else to get them removed and redone after only a week. It’s such a shame as the services seem really reasonable but the wait time paired with the lack of quality of the manicure means I won’t book in again.

   I was surprised to know that. I have 10 pounds in my card account. Which really paid for an item I was really indeed of. The server was very helpful and friendly. Everyone, please don't forget to ask for their bonus card. It will save you of payment one day. Just like me.

   Went to have my brows waxed yesterday (17/10/21) and the wax was not hot enough. I could feel the lady literally scraping it across my skin as it wouldn't spread smoothly (this itself was actually slightly painful). As a result I've had the top layer of skin removed. I cant explain how sensitive and sore this is. I will not be returning here for any beauty treatment if a qualified therapist thats employed here can't even control the temperature of her wax.
