   Walked into the Vans shop in Cardiff and was greeted straight away by the staff. Chris the manager asked how we were, having seen us before. We remembered him from the last time we visited over a year ago. I told him I'd like to simply buy the shoes I was wearing again, and straight away, he showed me the updated version of what I had, telling me all about the new features. He's a very knowledgeable member of the team. Lexie then helped me find a size, and then assisted me with a very smooth and easy checkout. Really good price shoes too for the quality. The store was very clean and well laid out; the staff are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and had a really cool "shoe sole" wall feature that I haven't seen in any other Vans stores. We'll definitely be back.

   Bought a pair of shoes here yesterday, and had an amazing experience with the the staff. They were all absolutely lovely, I have honestly never met such wonderful people, were all wonderful to talk to. I passed my theory the same day and they all applauded for me, never felt so appreciated. I will definitely go back just for the staff, Only thing is I never got all their names.
