Visited the store today … not my local Reiss store. Andrea gave me some great advice, nothing was too much trouble a real personal shopping experience… she was super helpful and friendly, making me feel comfortable. Both my husband and I walked away with great outfits for a special occasion. If you visit ask for Andrea!

Stopped shopping here as the customer assistants made me feel inferior. Not a pleasant experience considering I’ve made many purchases. I continued to shop at the Cardiff store after this low service but still felt the same atmosphere particularly from the lady who is the store manager. Not shopped there in months and no intention to return.
