   I was not pleased with the service of the pharmacist today, who booked me in for flu Jab a month ago confirmed a date and time to me. I came in on the date I was booked for then she claimed 1st- she can’t find my details on the system again same pharmacist. 2nd - She asked me to wait ,for her to see what she can do . She kept me waiting for 38minutes with no feedback, until asked her for what was going on . That was when she said she was sorry my details , she couldn’t anything. I think people should be treated fairly.

   Called in yesterday (Friday 28th Feb) to buy my wife a large bottle of perfume. Stood waiting by the perfume counter but no one turned up. Asked the guy at the tills if I could be served. He said some one is on the way, should be back by 1pm, this was an odd answer as it was just passed 2pm. I waited a few more minutes and then asked again only to get the same answer. I knew which perfume I wanted and was prepared to pay upto £120. Still no service after a further 5 minutes. We walked out, left the other shopping my wife picked up in the store. No wonder boots are struggling making a profit. They can't even make a sale.

   When it comes to answering the phone, these people are utterly useless. After an hour Im STILL on hold waiting for an answer. EDIT: It has now been two hours and STILL nobody deigns to answer. While waiting, I've been going through other reviews and can see that this has been a long ongoing issue. Boots are clearly indifferent when it comes to customer care.

   This shop is unbelievable. My server Caren didn’t say a single word to me or even look at me while serving today, even when I was paying she didn’t even tell me the amount. Literally not a single word from her mouth the whole time I was at the till. So unbelievably rude! If you don’t like customer based jobs please don’t have one! Made me feel uncomfortable. And from the rest of these reviews I’m not shocked now. First and last time I will shop here.

   Needed advice from the pharmacist as my surgery had no nurses appointment for 3 days. Excellent advice regarding my injury and also put my mind at rest. Had to wait 10 mins to see the pharmacist. Well done Boots.
