Excellent prompt service when our old blinds (not fitted by Hinchly) were malfunctioning. Nothing too much of a problem and all working within days. Very professional. I would highly recommend their service and technical skills.
Having recently completed a garage conversion for a home office facility, we were interested to see whether it had the potential to also double as a home cinema room. From first contact, Jeff was very approachable in terms of our requirements and budget. We were kept informed with progress and the installation date. On the day of installation both Jeff and Jason worked all day and were very neat and tidy, they even hoovered up after themselves. Both took time to explain the installation and control features. The installation looks and sounds great and we are extremely pleased with the outcome, as when the room is an office, you wouldn’t even notice the AV kit. I would definitely use Hinchly’s again for further work.
The service from Jeff and his team was impeccable. From initial phone call, to first site survey, advice about options, answering questions, to full installation. Our requirements needed a bespoke solution and Jeff had all the answers. We are delighted with the final result.
We are delighted with our new cinema room which was completed by Jeff and his team. Our former garage is now the hub of our weekend entertainment and looks and sounds fantastic. What a great business. I had to upgrade an old product that was now breaking and Jeff came out and talked me through all the options. Options were to limit the spend to necessity and have a shopping list of extras. They were extremely thorough and this gave me the confidence to make them my choice over the other quotes I received (Jeff was marginally more expensive but his knowledge and manner were enough to persuade me this is the team I want. The install experience was great. They TESTED everything and fixed it as they went. Honestly it was better than I expected and I’m in the construction game myself as a large contractor. They installed all and it worked fab but the best bit for me was the aftercare. Don’t get me wrong u pay for what you get but I think Jeff and Jason went above and beyond and continued attendance after they had finished to make sure everything was not just working but was perfect. They must’ve revisited 4-5 times without charge as they encounter a fault in the software which they duly fixed with the manufacturer(not their fault but product failure). I’d give em 10/10 and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to install or upgrade their home system. The upgrade is incredible and was everything and more than what I expected. Da iawn Jeff
Hinchly’s we’re excellent in updating our sound and vision in our house. There advise was second to none and we’re delighted with our smart TVs and sound quality and ease of operation. We had new Sonos speakers installed and linked to a SkyQ system. Jeff & Jason resolved our existing connectivity issues in an extremely professional manner. They were responsive, very hard-working and were flexible in allowing us to resolve issues with Sky. I fully recommend Hinchly's
