   Buyers Beware - overcharging for discounted items. The discount was not applied and only after arriving home and checking the receipt to see the full price, it would be something easily missed by the customer. Tried calling the store itself but was answered by an outsourced customer services line that was useless and only offered to email the store and not rectify anything. Spent my time and petrol to go back to the store itself with a baby in tow, to not even be offered a verbal apology for THEIR mistake, let alone any form of a couple pounds back as goodwill or even some sort of store credit or coupon. There is no accountability or respect at this store, and coming from someone who has worked in Sales myself, this is appalling customer service.

Colin is a real credit to Currys and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

   Popped in this afternoon as the SIM card was not working in my new mobile phone. After no success via customer service phonecalls and no help from Caerphilly Currys, I came over to Ponty where I was helped by a lovely guy called Zak. Really grateful to Zak for spending almost an hour problem solving with me before finding the solution. Super friendly and polite, and committed to making sure the issue was fully resolved before I left the store. Awesome job Zak, thanks so much!

   If I could leave a lower than 1 review I would I have currently just spent an hour in store returning a faulty sat nav for repair. It was a full 45 minutes before a member of staff even spoke to me even though I was waiting at the customer service desk. I then had to wait a further 15 minutes to be dealt with. The store was NOT busy at the time and it is easy to see why. I will not be buying from here again

   Me & the wife popped in too check prices of a particular product, spoke to staff member he tipped us off to the possibility of a price reduction in the coming week, good as his word £50 reduction Sweet, great customer service.

   I am afraid to say that the service is shocking. I will never go in a Currys/carphone warehouse ever again....once I have managed to get my money back.... I visited the store on 21st November as previously service has been good. Placed order for iphone 11 and was told it would be delivered on 14th. Deposit was removed from my account on that day and then....tumbleweed..nothing! Tried and tried to ring store, main phone line...nobody answered. So decided to visit store on 14th - they didn't know where it was and also couldn't get through to urgent line to find out. 'Don't worry they said, we'll call you to update you.....nothing! I have to return AGAIN as no answer on the phone still, no email to contact nothing. ABSOLUTELY RAVING MAD! Shockingly bad service! Returned AGAIN - unfortunately as its Sunday I can't cancel the order and it will take at least 24 hours from tomorrow morning....just to cancel the order. I may even have to return again to be in store to get the insurance back for the phone that I'm never going to have..... Back AGAIN for the fourth time. To cancel my order and never enter a currys store ever again. Have had to come back as they could not issue my refund over the phone. Not sure what year Currys is functioning in 1995????
