   Had a couple of bikes built here and to be honest the staff were amazing. Very helpful and seem like a great team. Helped me take the bikes to my car even though it was raining. Considering how busy the bike team must be now they still took there time with the customers and explained everything. Even offering to adjust the bike to fit in my car. Credit to Halfords!

   Entire bike team upstairs were stellar in helping me understand what bike to get for my child. Even though the process took a bit of time, it was super busy, they did their best. Would recommend their services. Want to mention Dafydd and Dylan specifically for being great.

Firstly Chris carried 2 bikes out of my car and up the stairs as I’ve just had an operation and couldn’t lift them Then Dylan assessed them for the bike exchange scheme Both were so pleasant and helpful and made me feel valued as a customer I cannot thank them both enough and hope they get the recognition they deserve

   Really great, fast service. Staff were friendly and finished the repairs to my bike a day early and it ended up costing less than originally quoted. They also appear to have given it a much needed clean which was not requested/ charged for which was nice

   The staff at Caerphilly branch is always nice and helpful no matter your skin colour is. Another plus point is that this branch has a variety of basic spares as well as accessories which are available to buy in-store rather than ordering and waiting for days to be available and delivered.    Sean was absolutely superb with customer service and nathan was absolutely brilliant aswell they understood the situation and made the process easier, and managed to arrange a refund of my electric bike. In terms of quality of bike I would give a 1 star, it started off fine, but after a couple months I had almost non stop issues with it, all in all had essentially 3 different bikes due to different replacements over the 12months I've had it. Sean and Nathan understood this situation and I'm very happy with how they could resolve it.
