   Fantastic service I just been messed about by toolstation (know why its called tools station )so went across the road to screwfix and the guy was fantastic helped me pick what I needed and went off and got other bits to show the difference. So 100% approval. Keep my trade with them from now on . Hi That's no problem . I went in i told him what i was looking for he showed me on the screen (as my phone at time playing up) I said yea thats it .He went off came back with box them i thats them i said about the size them he said there's a tape infront check the items then he went got another type he was chatting about what they was for showed me others. OK I have these and away I went well happy got what I wanted and bit cheaper and was helped with my items .so ☆☆☆☆☆ all the way. I need some other bits so see you soon

   Everytime ive used this particular store they have been helpful and great at their jobs, even when I had to return a faulty item. Parking is easy in this store. Only small thing that would be handy is if they had the staff to help me take large heavy items to the vehicle as a disabled customer thats the bit that is very difficult but hey cant have everything

   Went in there today and they seemed to have some rainbow flag sticking up at the counter. I just go in there for building materials not to have others issues, politics, gender/sex matters, etc forced down my throat. Can it please be kept neutral of all other issues, that stuff can be followed by those interested in their own time. Otherwise I will have to go somewhere else that are willing to just stick to selling building materials. After all I've never been in there pushing my beliefs, issues, politics, etc to anyone.

   Spoke to a lovely lady at the shop front. She was really cheerful, chatty and couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't find ther tap tops I wanted in the catalogue. She found them straight away and had them on the desk in minutes. The whole transaction couldn't have taken more than ten minutes. I fitted one set as soon as I got home and they were perfect.

   Too busy with DIY fans, tradesman and women needlessly hanging around. Did not receive my order status ready text after 2.5 hours so I had to ring customer services in order to establish whether my £180 order was ready for collection. Pretty amateurish company pretending to be trade friendly. Always an item out of stock or always an issue of some sort.

   Nice staff. Same as other screwfix stores really. Items come quick once ordered, and they'll assist you to your vehicle with heavier objects. I personally find the items I want online, and then arrive at the store armed with the item codes in hand. This saves time looking through the extensive stock they have in the catalogue.
