   I arrived feeling a little nervous and with no idea of what I was looking for and was greeted by the *wonderful* Sarah. She showed us to our private fitting room, looked after me so well throughout the appointment, and showed such enthusiasm and care toward everyone present. Sarah's beautiful suggestions and careful consideration led to me finding *the* dress that same day and all my nerves being calmed. Camille and Eva were also extremely helpful when I returned to place the order and have measurements taken. I couldn't have wished for more. An altogether fantastic experience at Timeless Elegance Bridal - I would recommend them to anyone and can't wait to go back to collect my dress and spend time with the team in their beautiful boutique again.

   So grateful for my experience at Timeless elegance. Before going dress shopping, I always knew I’d be a timeless bride. All the dresses are so dreamy & compliment my style and vision perfectly. Eva was always so helpful and friendly messaging me back and forth with all my queries about different dresses I liked at the store. When I arrived at the store, I felt instantly welcomed & by some real magical coincidence, the dress I asked if the shop had in stock months before had arrived in the store that week. I couldn’t believe my luck & fell in love with the dress as soon as I tried it on. Thank you all for making my wedding dress shopping so amazing & making me feel a million dollars. I will never forget it & will always treasure this memory. You girls are fantastic at what you do. Dee x

   I came across Timeless Elegance on a work trip in Cardiff, a lady and her mum was there for final fitting and saw me looking at the shop, she said they couldn’t recommend them more. A month later I booked an appointment, and honestly, they’re such a great team there. The energy, warmth, it made the experience so enjoyable, comfortable and just genuinely so exciting. I absolutely love the designers they have stocked, and found many absolutely gorgeous dresses. Sam was brilliant and we had so much fun, and the dresses they recommended was stunning. I love that that can do in-house alterations to customise the dress I liked most to make it my dream dress. They put no pressure on getting the dress straight away which was also very much appreciated. I definitely recommend going to them!

   Yesterday 16th August 2022 I went to Timeless Elegance for my 1st ever Wedding dress appointment. It was a very emotional day for me as my wonderful Mum who I dearly loved passed away 8 weeks ago. I was extremely upset when I left my home as this was something I should have been doing with my mum. As soon as I walked through the door Eva put me at ease. She was so so welcoming and both Eva and Agnes picked out dresses for me to try on. It quickly became apparent which style suited me the best.The 3 of us narrowed it down to 2 dresses and I had a feeling about my favourite of the 2 dresses. Eva & Agnes both said they had a favourite too so I asked them both which one out of the 2 was their favourite and we all picked the same dress!!! I can't explain how thrilled & delighted I am as it is the perfect dress for me & how I envisaged my Wedding dress would be!! Both Eva, Agnes and the lady from the alterations department ( sorry I don't know your name) made me feel so special on a very emotional day for me, I will never be able to thank you enough. I can't wait to return again to see you all !!! Melanie xxx

   I had a bridal appointment at the end of April and I am so glad I chose timeless elegance to pick my dress. Eva was amazing and made me feel so at ease, especially since I’m not a massive girly girl so I was very nervous. My nerves went very quickly. I was made to feel very comfortable and there was no pressure or rush what so ever. The shop was beautiful and the advice I got was great. We ended up finding my perfect dress. I ended up saying yes to the dress in my first shop. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would recommend them to anyone!
