   This is my local store and I use it often, sometimes the traffic situation is quite bad and you can have a situation where you have to queue to get in and queue to get out costing you a lot of time. The cafe I find is very good with hard working and mostly polite staff who are often rushed off their feet. One problem that I've experienced more than once is that if you're shopping on your own and there's no one in front of you is as you're putting your items on the conveyor (and you may have a considerable amount) the check out person is happily scanning your items through the till, this leads to a situation where by the time you've finished loading your shopping and head down to pack stuff away you're met with a load of shopping piled up, I have complained about this but unfortunately it still occurs not by all checkout staff but certain ones, they have a choice they could wait for you to virtually finish loading your shopping before scanning or offer to start packing for you until you're able to get down and do it yourself. These are the only things that could be improved imo and other than those it can be a pleasant shopping experience.

   A lot of the food is gone off. Half the shop taken up by things nobody wants or needs and the essentials are expensive and really really poor quality compared to other supermarkets even cheaper ones are better. Plus it's always rammed full of people pushing and shoving

   nothing wrong with the store, but I won't order the mac n cheese woth chorizo again. I'm not a huge eater but the portion so tiny I could've eaten 4 portions. and the price was just silly.

   I rang the store to speak to someone in the Electrical Dept and I was unable to contact the Store but put through to a machine. I then drove to the store and went to Customer Services in the store to ask to speak to the Manager to find out why there isnt a direct number for store. I was finally able to speak to a woman who wanted to know why I wanted to speak to him. I said I want to see the Manager and this woman kept rattling on so in the end I walked out and wil never do my shopping there again and my Son / Daughter have agreed to do the same. The Manager should place someone in Customer Servic with the Inteligence to assist a good customer not annoy them

   Just had another lovely lunch in this Tesco restaurant. A very friendly happy staff. Always reflects a very good management team. The atmosphere is so good. Hard to stay away. Well done to such a kind and helpful assistant in the restaurant her name is Chelsea! Thank you Chelsea for helping an old lady. Kind regards June T Ayres.

   Any hot food takes more than 30min of waiting and they only have two type of hot sandwiches. It's the perfect place to have a depressing moment or reconsider what are you doing with your life. At least one of the sandwiches was dairy free.

   Normal quiet mid morning with plenty of parking. This was the scene at checkout - congested as they have gotten rid of all but 6 manned tills - the void in the photo will be filled with self service. Every little helps the CEO bonus. Remember this is the store that is expensive yet they still want the customer to work for Board Member bonuses. I will plan more carefully so I can avoid this store.
