My local coop where I shop daily has disappointed me today as they won’t allow poppies to be promoted for Remembrance Day incase offense is caused to others! What is this world coming to????

Apart from one very very rude and ignorant women cashier it is a lovely store. All the younger staff that are employed there are extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly.

Lots of choice for food and drink and alcohol, even a small selection of electrical goods like kettles, hair dryers etc. There's a bakery section for fresh cakes and bread too, good selection of salads and fresh foods, magazines, household cleaning and so on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is ample around the back (though no lights there at night time) and if you're lucky, parking out front too. Much better place to shop than other local small supermarkets, even if it can be a bit pricey.

Good sized store for a local supermarket, convenient opening hours. Female staff are usually very polite and friendly, the younger male staff are not always great with their social skills though. Good range of products and usually stocked up pretty well. Offers vary weekly and you can get some good buys. They provide a home delivery service and you can also pick up parcels etc in-store. Good range of payment options, apple pay, contactless etc. One thing I would like to see is some self service tills, they would be extremely handy for those busy times when you only have a few items and the staff are rushed off their feet.

Nice big co op .Well laid out and has ease of shop.staff are nice enough maybe not paying enough attention to shoppers.Bit when asked a question they are helpful and polite. Food prices are average but a good selection of food considering the size of the shop.cash machine at the front of the store which is free to withdraw money.Sometimes there can be quite a big que at peak times of the day.Could do with a few more staff.Other than that I usually get good service and easy shopping experience.Would recommend for small daily shop.

Great small local co-op. It has a really good selection of all the things you expect to get. Fresh bread and pastries, good diary and ambient ranges. Lots of offers on things for a movie night in too. Flowers aren't too bad.. enough to pick something up to helps me stay out of the dog house. Generally it's prices better than the Tesco Express and there is much better car parking.
