Been calling them for the last hour bought a pack of 4 stella and pringles didnt get nothing apart drove a red bull and a bottle of wine which I dobt drink tried calling them multiple times and has not even picked up
Terrible store nothing available, don't order from as they do not turn up, when speaking to DP Manager does nothing to help find missing orders and acts like it's the customer's fault for missing orders.

I went for shopping this afternoon and Due to covid restrictions people queuing outside keeping social distance while staff don't wear face covering and they making jokes about it. Disrespectful ! I Want be going again.
Yesterday I went into the store and understandably we had to queue because of the restrictions. There was a guy in front tutting in front of me which I thought well at least they are doing what is required. Got into the store and he starts complaining about the manager in the store for not wearing a mask he tried to explain that he was exempt. I would just like to say whether he was a high paid Health and Safety officer in his own job role. I can tell you that the staff in that store are all fabulous. Helpful and of course a special mention for Chris who is always amazing in there. As for the man complaining I think he has Small man syndrome and needs to get a grip and realise this is not all about him. Well done Llantrisant Co op xx
For those customers paying by card make sure you check your bank statements!! Despite my partner showing proof that payment was taken twice from his bank account the staff were so rude and unhelpful to even look to refund his money. This matter is now being escalated via the customer service complaints procedure and I will be sure to never use this branch again. Disgusting service.
