Rude customer service today. I sound old fashioned but a "hi" or "sorry to keep u" would be enough but just ignorant. I think 16 to 20 year olds maybe should have training to be polite to customers. Used to like it here and the staff used to be lovely
After searching all the local shops for a perm lotion for my mother, Boots had one. The staff were very helpful. The price was excellent. Thank you
Caerphilly is an ever expanding town and this branch of Boots should be a larger one. Unfortunately, due to the "blessing"(?) of online shopping, click and collect is becoming it's purpose. No dispensary either. A great shame, as the staff are lovely - always friendly. I heard it was under threat of closure, but so far that seems to be hearsay.
Not a great boots due to no pharmacy section which is weird but hey still sells most items
I was served by Zara. She was so lovely and patient when picking a perfume. The store was clean and they have such good deals there. Always lovely ladies. Hope Zara gets the recognition she deserves here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent customer service by a young lady called Zara today. She was so pleasant and went out of her way to help us. Would like to say thank you to her - with this level of service will use this store more often now.
