   Today I had a very bad start to the day. I had devastating news and was really upset. I went into boots just from being in tears and I needed a little touch up of my make up. Trying not to look so bad. I can only wear a certain brand of make up due to skin sensitivities and a young lady who works on the esstee lauder table was very understanding and helped me feel and look that little bit better. I didn't catch her name but whoever she was needs to be recognised for her sincere empathy and help. Thank you

   I popped into cardiff queen street today as I needed to visit the clinique counter. I was served by a lady called Monni ( not sure if this is the correct spelling!). I would just like to say how helpful she was. I was looking for colour matching for my foundation, the store was very busy but she was very helpful and patient and I came away with some testers to try at home, great customer service. Thankyou.

   I was served today by a lovely young lady called Summer at the No7 counter. I was very nervous coming into the store as I do not go out alone often, but she made me feel completely at ease the moment I spoke to her. She was so friendly, polite and knowledgeable about all the products. She helped me choose everything I needed and gave me such confidence. I left the store feeling beautiful and very well looked after. I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, Summer.

   Today (19/11/25) I went into the store to enquire about the price of a Miss Dior perfume 100ml. I have previously been around other near by perfume shops to see the best deal. I was approached by a women by the perfume with a abrupt attitude wasn't warm and friendly. I said I'm just price checking Miss Dior. She continued to open the cabinet and take out a Miss Dior perfume. I said I just want to know the price of 100ml. She then went on to say 100ml doesn't exist in this perfume only 80ml. I said to her I just went to another perfume shop and they had it. She then said something about working for Dior and she knows there's not 100ml. Her attitude is disgusting even if I was wrong it's not acceptable to make a customer feel the way I did. This brand of perfume is not cheap whatever ml you buy. I actually couldn't believe I was being talked down to and essentially being called a liar. At the end of the day it's customers money pay the wages. I walked out disgusted that someone had who's meant to be a perfume Dior specialist could be this way. I went across the road to another perfume shop thinking to myself to im going to double check that I heard correct 100ml and going to purchase anyway as no way is boots having my money!. So I purchased 100ml YES 100ml of the perfume I wanted and that shop also took 20% off so I walked away being treated better and paying less. If she treats others the same way she did me you're going to lose alot of customers and money. Someone needs to bring these perfume assistants back down to earth! They need a good talking to about their attitude and customer service. I spent over £100 of my money elsewhere and won't ever shop in boots for perfume again and I will be telling everyone I know.

   The store is clean and has plenty of product variety. The pharmacy is a nightmare waited 25 minutes i a queue to hand in my prescription only to be told to.come back 2 hours later to pick it up. They really need to thunk of a more efficient and effective way of managing the pharmacy service
