“Brought my Mum here in late November for both of us to have back-to-back treatments, and WOW it was on another level! I had the Highlands and she had the Spell - both with the lovely and amazing Solbi who was phenomenal! The treatments themselves were another level of magic with bespoke music and aromatherapy that takes you to another world (way more transformative than your standard massage in any other spa). We’re both so so grateful to Solbi for working her magic with us! Also the spa receptionist that day (we never got her name - had fabulous blue hair!) went above and beyond to look after my Mum: she was struggling with sensory overload and this lovely receptionist took the initiative to move my Mum to a darker soundproofed room whilst she waited for her treatment which truly helped her so much. We were both bowled over by how above and beyond everyone went, how neurodivergent-aware-and-informed they were, and by every single part of the experience. Thank you both so much!”

Bear has been walked mainly by Ellie and also MJ for about 3 months now, we originally enquired because we wanted Bear to experience socialising with other dogs however he has totally fallen in love with Ellie, the excitement he shows whe he sees her at the door is adorable. I now don't think we could ever not need this amazing service. Stephen has been fantastic at being flexible with walks and is always willing to answer your questions, also very responsive. I cannot praise this Team enough or thank them enough for caring for Bear as much as we do.”

“Superb restaurant experience. 1st time here but not the last it doesn’t matter that this wonderful place is situated in the middle of an housing estate nor does it matter that the main car park is small and awkward, all that matters is the quality of service and food which is excellent. The standard of cookery and quality of the Welsh meats is of the highest order, my son and I both agree that the Chateaubriand was the best and most flavoursome we have ever tasted anywhere. The ‘Firey’ Scallops were an explosion of flavours that will provoke debate. The desserts were a delight and beautifully presented. Our young server Bonnie-Rae was excellent, polite and courteous, her manner enabled us to really enjoy a more relaxed and informal evening, she fully explained all courses including allergies and the extensive GF options.”

“Great location and easy to find parking. The staff here are lovely and attentive and we were made up to be 'guests of the day' Room was clean and bedsheets spotless, teabags do need to be changed to a decent brand though. Some parts of the hotel were tired and in need of repair such as leaking roof and broken lift, however the breakfast was excellent and our experience was amazing. I definitely will choose The Hilton again to stay during our next rugby match and what an honour to meet the Japan team. Thanks all you made me and my boys so happy x”

Kieran’s professionalism, attention to detail, and calm approach kept us feeling relaxed throughout, while Sue’s warmth, friendliness, and endless patience made the planning process a joy. The food was fantastic, the staff were attentive and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere was perfect from beginning to end. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. “I have booked twice now and both times have been so relaxing, my first treatment was the Luxury facial which cleared and refreshed my congested sensitive acne-prone skin and my second was micro needling that was recommended for post-acne scarring. My skin has reacted well to both and Claudia was extremely helpful in giving skincare tips for my skin type along with being honest about what treatments my skin will need and when without trying to over-sell, it's clear that the clients skin is #1 priority. After 2 treatments and minimizing my skincare to a more simple & natural regime(based on tips from Claudia) I'm already seeing some promising improvements! - The atmosphere is extremely calming and inviting, Claudia also has a really calming quality which is great for anyone with anxiety. - Very hygienic and clean environment and products. - Great prices! “Our family had a fabulous week at villa Gaspar. The villa itself is extremely well equipped, with four large bedrooms, comfortable beds, living space, kitchen and large outside space with a lovely pool. We were travelling with a 19 month baby so anything we didn’t have Debbie arranged for the equipment… cot, pushchair, playpen etc to be at the villa when we arrived. Anyone staying at Villa Gaspar would need transport as it’s quite a walk from local shops and restaurants but the benefit is the views and peace, it really was very beautiful. We would definitely recommend using South West Mallorca as nothing was too much trouble and we would not hesitate to use Debbie and her team again.”
