“Brought my Mum here in late November for both of us to have back-to-back treatments, and WOW it was on another level! I had the Highlands and she had the Spell - both with the lovely and amazing Solbi who was phenomenal! The treatments themselves were another level of magic with bespoke music and aromatherapy that takes you to another world (way more transformative than your standard massage in any other spa). We’re both so so grateful to Solbi for working her magic with us! Also the spa receptionist that day (we never got her name - had fabulous blue hair!) went above and beyond to look after my Mum: she was struggling with sensory overload and this lovely receptionist took the initiative to move my Mum to a darker soundproofed room whilst she waited for her treatment which truly helped her so much. We were both bowled over by how above and beyond everyone went, how neurodivergent-aware-and-informed they were, and by every single part of the experience. Thank you both so much!”

“Superb restaurant experience. 1st time here but not the last it doesn’t matter that this wonderful place is situated in the middle of an housing estate nor does it matter that the main car park is small and awkward, all that matters is the quality of service and food which is excellent. The standard of cookery and quality of the Welsh meats is of the highest order, my son and I both agree that the Chateaubriand was the best and most flavoursome we have ever tasted anywhere. The ‘Firey’ Scallops were an explosion of flavours that will provoke debate. The desserts were a delight and beautifully presented. Our young server Bonnie-Rae was excellent, polite and courteous, her manner enabled us to really enjoy a more relaxed and informal evening, she fully explained all courses including allergies and the extensive GF options.”

Bear has been walked mainly by Ellie and also MJ for about 3 months now, we originally enquired because we wanted Bear to experience socialising with other dogs however he has totally fallen in love with Ellie, the excitement he shows whe he sees her at the door is adorable. I now don't think we could ever not need this amazing service. Stephen has been fantastic at being flexible with walks and is always willing to answer your questions, also very responsive. “Great location and easy to find parking. The staff here are lovely and attentive and we were made up to be 'guests of the day' Room was clean and bedsheets spotless, teabags do need to be changed to a decent brand though. Some parts of the hotel were tired and in need of repair such as leaking roof and broken lift, however the breakfast was excellent and our experience was amazing. I definitely will choose The Hilton again to stay during our next rugby match and what an honour to meet the Japan team. Thanks all you made me and my boys so happy x”

“It’s lovely to visit Kate and Mic in their cosy new premises. They’ve been grooming our dogs for 7 or 8 years. They were amazing with Bailey right up until she left us at almost 14. She was quite a timid little dog but Kate and Michaela were able to make her feel safe and comfortable so that she would go into be groomed quite cheerfully. Now we have Betsi and they’ve been grooming her since her first puppy groom and getting her used to the dryer and clippers. They are so kind and gentle, real dog lovers and very good dog groomers too!”
