Very professional and I love how she books you in for a follow up appointment, a couple weeks after having the treatment, to ensure you're happy with everything. Will definitely not be going elsewhere to have it done.”

He took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave his thoughts and suggested a variety of options for me to choose from. Thoroughly recommend. Fairly priced, lovely atmosphere, good coffee (very important) and great attention to detail. Plus, despite being a busy Saturday, I never felt rushed out of there. Thanks again.”

“We stayed overnight for a New Forest getaway. The hotel was fully booked. Despite the pressure on the front of house and kitchen staff we had an excellent stay. We had a reservation in their restaurant in the evening and it was stunning food in quality, cooking style and service. Very good choice of wines too. We would stay and dine here again.”

“I stay in a lot of hotels across the UK, and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Winchester. That said, breakfast service could be improved. While the sign asks guests to wait to be seated, I found myself waiting around 10 minutes, even as the host walked past. It felt like the host’s attention was elsewhere rather than prioritising guests (I didn’t catch his name, but this was during my stay this week). Overall, a lovely stay, but a smoother breakfast experience would make it even better.”

“I have been coming Zen nails for over 5 years now, they are so lovely and helpful. Nothing is ever too much for them and it’s always such a pleasure going to get my nails done there. No design is ever to much and they will always cater and advise on the nails you are getting! Never had a bad set from them! The team are great! Amy and Lee are amazing and have built such a great shop. They also do the most relaxing pedicures with great massage chairs! Thank you so much for always making sure my nails look great”

“A great pool to swim in. A good length and width for some strokes. Exceptionally clean water with slight amounts of dirt in the corners (it is very normal to see this). The changing rooms and bathrooms were very clean with intuitive lockers and a swimwear drying machine. There were lots of reclining chairs to lounge in (a good distance away from the splash zone). There were lots spa was very clean. An amazing place to go!”

“After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to continue with my reservation, After deciding to make up my own mind we arrived for our 1 night spa experience. The location is nice with a well presented building and lots of parking. Our experience started well. We had a massage booked in for 10am and arrived in plenty of time. Reception guided us to the spa reception and we were welcomed with smiles and helpful staff. Things got a little shaky when we were laying down for our massage waiting when we were informed our "therapist" has been involved in a car accident and if we wouldn't mind to rearrange our treatment for later in the day, while disappointed due to us having arrived early specifically for that allocated time slot we were given a new time slot of 5 pm ,this allowed us to enjoy the facilities through the whole day while our room became available (3pm check in ) The spa despite reviews to the contrary was well kept, clean and all facilities were open. While it's not a brand new spa (others clearly want new whever they go) it was sufficient for our needs..I would suggest to the team at the hotel to get more loungers around the pool. ( A jacuzzi would be very welcomed by your guests) We were miss informed about lunch time facilities ( we were told only afternoon tea available, but that was just for the Winchester restaurant on site and not the gallery bar, staff could have informed us that the other bar served light lunches as we ended up in the local garden centre for lunch which was very nice btw. (Hotel lost out on our business for lunch) The afternoon check in was efficient and our room was lovely,Clean and stylish. Bathroom nice and clean with an elegant decor. Unfortunately the bed wasn't to my preference but everybody is different. We got our massage at the new time and was exactly what we needed. The "therapist's" did a great job and exceeded our expectations , well done ( not many can actually deliver a firm massage and get the knots out of my back). The food was lovely (evening meal and breakfast), The staff were friendly and attentive. So thank you to Botley park for a pleasant stay and well needed break.”

“Today I had the pleasure of using this clinic for lip enhancement. From the moment I walked in was welcomed by the friendly receptionist. I then went with Leanne to her beautifully clean treatment room where we had a good chat about what we can do to help me reach the results that I wanted. All I can say is Leanne is a magician and the procedure she did was painless and result was exactly what I wanted. I can believe the results. Thank you Leanne. “Typically anxiety prone when thinking of anything dental related, Sally and Jess were the perfect remedy who made me feel at ease right away. As a new client, I’d already heard great things about this clinic, but after getting to experience it first hand I certainly know why. I went in for an airflow treatment, which went smoothly, and I was informed of all the aftercare and next steps. Sally checked in on me multiple times during the treatment to make sure I’m alright which I thought was very thoughtful. I’ve already booked in my second session! Highly recommend. “I had the amazing Angelika for a full body massage which was incredible she definitely got those knots out whilst leaving me feeling relaxed from the toes up. Then I had the most talked about head spa by the amazing Sam its everything everyone says and more i had goosebumps at one point. The hair analysis is a great piece of tech and you can see before and after pics too. The salon is beautiful and the girls are all lovely. Would I go back? 100% and i highly recommend both treatments.”

He is also a wizard with the curling tong, and I always feel a million dollars when I leave. Chloe is also amazing and has great passion for her job which is lovely to see. And not forgetting Katie, who is wonderful, and who dyed my roots for ages and always went above and beyond to make sure I left the salon feeling great, she is such a superstar.
