I had an amazing consultation with Tiffany, who was extremely helpful and knowledgable in her practice. I didn’t even need to ask many questions because so much information was helpfully covered in her consultation. I felt so welcomed instantly by Tiffany and also the lovely lady at the front desk, Holly. The treatment I’m getting is very personal to me, and Ruma has made me feel more comfortable than I could ever have hoped for.
I was at Ruma yesterday for another treatment and as always it was perfect. Can't rate Tiffany enough and also I love the setting, aesthetics and the management of the clinic. All very refined and runs smoothly.

The spa was very welcoming and calming as you enter, nice relaxing music and warm lighting. Robyn was my therapist for massage and dermalux facial and she was lovely too. Gave a great consultation and offered advice for my dry skin. I was so relaxed during my massage that I nodded off and snored myself awake again :-) would definitely come again.
I had my first laser session yesterday with Kelly, having had laser before I was nervous it would be painful however I was amazed at how painless it was. Kelly made me feel so comfortable, I can’t recommend Ruma enough! I can’t wait to see he results.
First time massage with Kelly, amazing and I floated out the salon feeling very refreshed and relaxed and had a great sleep that night. Looking forward to booking another one soon :) The salon is welcoming and the team and customer service 5 star.
I'll be honest I'm normally intimidated by beauty salons but the ladies at Ruma are lovely. I haven't caught the receptionists name but I often see her and Robyn and they really put me at ease even when I'm going in to have everyone look at the bits of me I like the least! I'm having laser treatment and I'm already seeing an improvement, wish I'd got it done sooner! If you're reluctant to give it a go think of never worrying about unwanted hair again as a form of self care!
