   I attended the salon for the first time today for a facial with Hayley! And it was so relaxing I added on the Nein High Frequency onto my facial to help with tightening my skin! I came out glowing my skin is super smooth and dewy! Well worth going to Hayley for which I will treat myself too again soon!

   ✨ 5 stars I had my hair extensions done by Hayley & honestly, I couldn’t be happier! She was absolutely amazing – so personable, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what she does. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The salon itself is beautiful – stylish, calming, and just a really lovely space to spend time in. It didn’t feel like just another hair appointment, it felt like a real treat. I’m so happy with the results and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting extensions or just wanting a top-tier salon experience!

   Couldn’t recommend this salon enough - I come here for absolutely everything now. All the girls are so lovely. Came to see Hayley to get my lips done a couple weeks ago and OMG! Unreal. Couldn’t be happier with them. Hayley was so informative and listened to what I wanted to achieve and advised me. Honestly didn’t feel a thing the entire time. Also had my hair done a month or so ago with Rea. She’s an absolute miracle worker. After about 6 hours of working on my awful home bleach job she completely transformed my hair. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my hair.

   I would highly recommend this establishment for any treatments. The staff are lovely , welcoming and friendly. Hayley has created a positive, relaxing and inclusive environment for all to feel comfortable and well taken care of. The whole aura is beautiful. I have had the luxury of experiencing facials, reflexology, massages, lash lift and tint, peidcure and a hair wash, cut and style. I feel like a new woman when I walk out of here. Thank you ladies for all you do and keep up the great service xx

   The staff here were lovely. Unfortunately my experience wasn't as what I hoped. My appointment was at 5:45 and I was seen at 6:40. I then was told I wasn't able to get BIAB nails as no time now so I had gel nails done instead. I paid a £15 deposit to secure the booking and it was £25 for gel nails so I expected to pay £10 or just over for a bit of nail art I had done. I then got charged £20 on top of that so ended up paying £35 in total. I queried this the next day via message and had to prompt for a response where I was told I had been over charged by £5. The rest was right due to having nail art. I only had nail art on two nails, so that would have worked out £2.50 a nail which seemed a bit much for what I had done, especially after running an hour behind.

   I have used Be Loved since it first opened and as someone who doesn't like the atmosphere in most beauty salons, I feel so welcome and comfortable here, I have had a variety services done here, hair colouring, lip injections, eyebrow wax, lash lift & tint and a facial and I cannot get enough of how happy I am everytime! I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone, especially those who aren't big fans of the usual beauty salons, I promise you will feel so welcome here like the girls have known you forever!

   Had my hair cut by Rea today and I LOVE it! I never really know what I want when it comes to my hair but know what I'm trying to go for so when you find someone like Rea who listens and advises so professionally...you know you're in good hands! Highly recommend Rea, and Be Loved overall for any beauty treatments, everyone is so lovely! Xxx
