I had such a lovely experience at this salon. Really friendly people and I absolutely love my new hair colour and style. Would recommend and will only be going here in future.
My daughter just had her first set of nails done and couldn't of been happier with the service they spoke directly to my her (she's 10) and treated her well explaining exactly what they were doing. Very impressed and will be using again couldn't recommend enough!

I’ve been going to Platinum since it opened in July and have had my hair cut and coloured by Kerry and Rosie. Kerry did a really lovely balayage for me back in the Summer and has kept it looking really nice with root drags since. Both ladies are amazingly talented and professional and do exactly what I ask. The salon is beautifully clean and tidy, with good Covid procedures in place. I always leave feeling really pampered: I’d never go anywhere else now.
My first time using Platinum, all the girls working were lovely and friendly and set a warm and inviting environment. Rosie cut and coloured my hair and she was amazing, she spent alot of time with my hair (it needed it) and I came out feeling incredible. Absolutely will be going back!
Rosie cut and coloured my hair for me earlier this week and I am in love with it! She was so attentive and took her time to make sure the results were perfect. Everyone is so friendly and the salon itself is wonderful, I'm so glad this salon is so close to home as well. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning, very happy
