   Dreadful. Booked thinking it would be relaxing. Treatment nice. But the spa and pool area massively underwhelming and in need of refurbishment. The place was filthy, there was dust and rust and mould everywhere. It needs a deep clean and in places a complete refit. No excuses for somewhere that claims to be a spa. I left after the first treatment. I couldn’t stay for the second. Staff were good but the owners need to step up.

   Had a spa and afternoon tea for my sister birthday.spa was nice but service was not good for the afternoon tea jest taken to our seat and left wasnt asked if food was ok or want a top up of drinks and wasnt even told if it was unlimited tea or coffee afternoon tea could of been a lot better sw was bland and no condement to be found

   Fabulous day with my daughter. Lovely lunch in the bar. Great treatments from Gabriella and Kelly, followed by a most enjoyable hour in the relaxation room. We also enjoyed the gym, pool, sauna and steam room.

   A great pool to swim in. A good length and width for some strokes. Exceptionally clean water with slight amounts of dirt in the corners (it is very normal to see this). The changing rooms and bathrooms were very clean with intuitive lockers and a swimwear drying machine. There were lots of reclining chairs to lounge in (a good distance away from the splash zone). There were lots spa was very clean. An amazing place to go!

   We stayed at Norton Park as our friend was getting married there and we were invited to the evening. What a lovely experience we had. Arrived early to make use of the pool and relax before the evening. Our room was ready early and very comfortable. All the staff were super polite and very helpful. The grounds were just stunning, we felt so relaxed. Would thoroughly recommend and yes will be going back.

   Absolutely lovely spa day. Pool, spa, and sauna were quiet and clean. Lady who did the massage was polite and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended, will definitely be booking again!

   The treatments are lovely but totally let down by dirty and under maintained changing rooms and poolside area which is a great shame as a lot of things wouldn't be difficult to fix.

   Extremely disappointing. I arrived for my spa day today to be told they had no record of my booking, which I had made over the phone several weeks ago. Despite the problem being theirs the ladies on reception couldn't accommodate me, instead they just kept asking who it was who I'd spoken to on the phone. I'm not sure what difference that would have made or whether there was an insinuation that I was somehow at fault, but regardless I will never visit this spa again.

   Really nice location just outside of Winchester. I went with my husband using a voucher from Virgin experiences. The treatments were amazing and I would highly recommend the face and back ritual. There is a relaxation room that was so peaceful that I haven't seen before at other spas. The other facilities were nice, with sauna, steam room, 2 heated lounge chairs and pool. When we went for lunch, they had no chicken which would've been nice to know when we originally got given the menus. Then they took 45 minutes to bring our food out, which we wouldn't have minded so much if it wasn't for other people getting their food 5 minutes after us even though they'd arrived 30 minutes after we had.
