Caroline is a very professional and friendly person. I don't feel judged, pressured or nervous in her presence. She listens, explains and guides me with patience and interest. I am happy with every treatment she perform, and I trust my face to Caroline 100 percent.
I was very nervous initially about having Botox. Caroline put me at ease instantly by explaining the process, what it would feel like, what to expect. There was no pressure to go ahead after the initial consultation. After 2 weeks I went back for her to check the treatment where she provided a small top up. The change to my forehead has been significant. It didn’t hurt at all which was one of my worries. The new look has given me so much more confidence.
I have been having treatments with Caroline since she started approximately 9 years ago. Caroline is extremely professional, very exact, always with a full follow through and explains all procedures. The fascinating thing is when I started with Caroline I lived in the USA, and would fly in to visit my mum. I could have gone to a location a street away from me in Texas, but no. Carolines expertise and precision means that every time I fly in I book to see her. 5 years ago I moved to Spain, same scenario, there are locations so much closer to me. But twice a year without fail, i fly in and see Caroline because she is THAT good! | have never had any issues after a procedure, my face is enhanced to natural perfection. I highly recommend Caroline and all of her treatments
I booked in with Caroline for my first botox treatment. I loved how attentive and thorough she was from start to finish - she took the time to explain everything about botox and more! Very professional and I love how she books you in for a follow up appointment, a couple weeks after having the treatment, to ensure you're happy with everything. Will definitely not be going elsewhere to have it done.
Caroline provides excellent service. She is experienced and professional. On my first consultation Caroline spent time patiently explaining everything about Botox treatment and answered all my questions. I had a couple of treatments since and I am very happy with results. Highly recommend!
